We specialize in the residential heating and air conditioning services, as well as air duct installation. Our full range of residential services includes new equipment installation, design & build (mechanical design, permit services), equipment replacement, service repairs and maintenance contracts. Equipment such as air conditioners, heat pump units, air handlers, gas furnaces, and ductless split systems. We are your local factory-​trained and authorized TRANE dealer, a certified LG Excellence Contractor. We also sell, install and service other brands of HVAC equipment, such as Goodman, YORK, Amana, Ruud, Bryant, Mitsubishi, etc.

History

Established in 2011.

Founded by two engineers, also father and son, Ajax Contracting LLC is a family-​owned local small business with two decades of professional experience in the trades. Having 20-​year accumulated knowledge and masterful skills, we wanted to provide our personal, trustworthy services to more residential customers in addition to the our friends and family. In the year of 2011 we first opened the business in Virginia, fully-​licensed and insured. Early 2014 we were proud to extend our service area to the state of Maryland driven by our customer demands.

Business Owner

Having a solid background in the mechanical engineering, Mike had decades of working experience in a regional, medium-​sized HVAC company as their elite job superintendent and project manager. He currently holds HVAC Master licenses for both the commonwealth of Virginia and the state of Maryland. Mike has extensive knowledge on all types of HVAC and mechanical equipment in terms of their installation, service and routine maintenance. He participates regularly in the professional training from leading manufacturers in the trade, such as Trane and LG.
