I had a really good experience with Cardinal Plumbing today. I was able to get same-day service without any charge for an emergency. I made an appointment on the phone this morning — it was super easy. I used one of their coupon’s from Angie’s List (you have to be a member), and it was a good deal. I ultimately paid $ 200 total for them to unclog a kitchen sink (which required a really long snake) and to put chemicals in the sink to break up the food that was causing the problem. Even though it took a little longer than I think they expected — b/c we found out it was more complicated — they stuck to the original price we had agreed on with no problem. So, I’m happy with the experience. They were very courteous, hard-working, and no hassle.

Robert from Oakton, writes: It’s never a good thing to have water dripping from your light fixtures. Cardinal sent out Daniel T (not the owner) who corrected with problem with 21stCentury techniques. Think: Laparoscopic surgery. Since bad news comes in «3’s»… Several weeks later a kitchen faucet fails — not wishing to replace the entire works, I witnessed Daniel use watchmaker’s skills at saving me ~ $ 150. Then last week the shower single action valve develops a significant leak. OF COURSE the unit was out of production. yet Dan, the VP search around, found AND delivered the unit personally within 30 minutes. Great teamwork especially in outlining the projected price. Thanks.
