Super slow, have had to walk out twice due to it taking too long to be served. Never enough people working there. There was one person working during the day on a Saturday. one person, working the register and then going to make food and drinks(without gloves or washing hands. yuck!)

This DD has very slow service. The employees are not very nice and the store is on the border of unsanitary… However you gotta love donuts!

They need more DD’s in Herndon/Reston! This is the closest one to my office and it is desperately small for the big crowds it brings in. Its a shame too because if it was a little cleaner and if they were a little more friendly then that could make the difference from them being so average to great. They’re lucky that so many people are simply just dedicated to the brand that they get customers. The parking situation is very limited. There have been multiple occasions where drinks have been sloppy and the munchkins have been stale, but there have also been times where service was great and the food was good so I’d say overall it is average.

Slow slow slow slow. I don’t think this place could go any slower. They need more people working. I waited 15 min to just get a coffee. They have just two people working at 9:00am! Why would you have a bunch of people during your peak times.

Parking can be a little hard since there are few spaces and people seem to flock here. The line inside is anywhere from 1 to 6 parties, again because it appears to be popular. The attendants are attentive, the food is consistently good and orders are accurate. their hot chocolate is one of my favorites here. They also do the Bavarian crème correctly. I did not award a 5 because because there have been a few times of late that they have not opened as published — in my experience, these are exceptions and not the rule.

The lady that makes my sandwich number 7 the majority of the time, for some reason likes to get it wrong and make it the way she wants to make it. I always say no yellow cheese, please give me white cheese and she messes up! Its also a new lady that work there, that keep getting my coffee wrong, My coffee today is so nasty, and I tell them no sugar, and just cream, but its still sugar in it. My whole entire meal today was completely wrong! I’m so upset, and I will not be giving Dunkin Donuts my services again! I find it very rude that that lady makes my sandwich the way she wants to make it! And Hey D. D don’t you think its a reason people say no sugar in there drink!!!

Just your average bagel and donut shop. No seating or charm. This place can get very busy during the morning rush hour.

I know, I know — Dunkin Donuts — 4 stars? Is this Elite Unilocaler/location Duchess crazy? No. I’m not — I come here often enough to have earned the Duchess reign and I therefore owe this honest little DD location the honor of an updated review. So, how have they improved at this location since my original review from a couple of years ago and how have they now garnered double the rating as before? Simple: smiles, genuine customer service, and quick and accurate service. Due to what I’m assuming is a change in management/franchisee, the staff here is what is lacking at most every other DD location: friendly and customer-focused. There’s a very very nice couple of ladies who work the front registers who greet you when a genuine«Good morning!» and a smile, repeat your order back to you, and thank you graciously and wish you a good day. In addition, they’ve reconfigured the limited space inside to allow for a slightly better queuing process, and they’ve moved the sugar/napkin/trash station out of the way of the line. Brilliant. Yes, parking still isn’t great, but look beyond the three or so spots directly in front and park your(lazy) bum directly adjacent to the storefront — there are plenty of spots! Access to FFX County Pkwy, Herndon Pkwy, and Herndon/Reston are great from here. And — big kudos to Dunkin’ Donuts for offering Blue Diamond Almond Milk and unsweetened flavor extracts like coconut, almond, etc. ! That’s the way to do it. Oh, and I think the food is much better and definitely less expensive than SB!

Stale donuts and apparently caramel iced coffee equals coconut. There are better places out there to get your fix.

New management totally disorganized. The man that makes the coffee on the weekends is very nice but is the slowest person there and he does not add the appropriate cream and sugar for the size. I have to return or take sugar with me and fix in my car. I do not want to be impacted when that should be DD’s role. Also do not stir my coffee with a wood stick, I can taste the wood and do not like it. Will give it another week but after that, Starbucks. This is a coffee shop and if they can’t make coffee, big problem. Lines are ridiculous. The previous manager could manage the workflow and have the staff multitask.

Don’t do it! This is by far the worst store ever. I waited over 5 minutes for a black coffee… while others, who came in after me were getting their drinks first. There is no seating, no standing area, it’s dirty and service is horrible…

This is not your typical Dunkin Donuts store. It is a good location to get your donut or hot coffee fix. They aren’t really good at making cold drinks. It has to be one of the smallest DD’s you will ever visit, there is no seating, it is dimly lit, and there is very little parking. The employees, although very friendly, aren’t very good at English. However, if it is convenient to you then it is a perfectly fine place to get your donut fix. :) P. S. I would disregard the post by «THRIFT». Not sure what his/her problem is but almost all of his/her reviews are 1 stars.

First Negative — Dunkin Donuts /Baskin Robbins owned by Bain Capital of Romney ilk. My Irish cousins insisted on getting American Donuts even thought I tried to tell them donuts were not Southern cuisine and this place was the only option in the area. Second Neg. — My cousins oooed and awed over the colorful selection of pink donuts, bright sprinkles, and other weird looking donuts. They ignored my warnings just to get plain glazed or chocolate and ordered pink donuts, sprinkles ect. Cousins hated them saying donuts were too sweet, artificial tasting, and gross. So I threw the near dozen box right into the trash.

This Dunkin Donuts is really small and it gets crowded when you are waiting for your food. Because the store is so small, the line usually ends up out the door. The employers don’t speak English that well and sometimes they get your order mixed up. I always go to this dunkin donuts since it is close to my office. The drinks sometimes come out great, but sometimes it comes out watery, so its a hit or miss which i hate.

Went to DD for a simple order. Four bagels with a tub of cream cheese and four doughnuts. First, the staff could not comprehend the number four. It seems they only know how to sell one, three, six, or twelve of an item. I literally asked for three and one. Not a good start. Then, when we asked for a plastic knife for the cream cheese, they looked at us like we asked for a gold plated spatula. After a five minute spelunking expedition into the vast storage closet, we were unapologetically told that ‘we don’t have knives… We seem to always run out of them’. How hard is this exactly? You had one job! My favorite moment was when the cashier openly berated another employee. Awesome experience! Off to shoppers food for their colossal doughnuts! Far better… Hold the drama.

Really fast and friendly service at this location. Sandwiches are fresh, and coffee is made perfectly. Great AM stop. Tight 6-car parking lot in front of the store, but lots of larger, unreserved spaces nearby.

I can’t give 2 stars, cause i don’t have a dunkin near where i live, so anything is better than nothing… Staff was pretty vague on the english language when i went in. They were slow, as others have mentioned. Donuts were pretty good. I got a dozen and then another 25 chocolate munkins! Yeah me! Store was pretty small, but it did the trick!
