Same old McDonalds experience, however this place is slow, and… dirty. would not return. I got some regular items off the menu. McChicken, 10 piece nuggets and a mcFlurry. The food is consistent to every other mcdonalds. But this particular place is really dirty and i do not know how they keep customers coming back. TAKE: I realize that mcDonalds can only be so good. It is more of a place you go to when you are in a hurry to grab some quick food that is consistent. BUT this particular location is in the dredges. I really do not see how they cannot keep it clean at a very basic minimum. The place has mud and footprint all over the interior. Furthermore the tables were littered with trash and were not clean enough to eat off of. ALSONODRIVE_THRUATTHISLOCATION… I will not return.

Staff was a bunch of teenage brats goofing off. I understand you’re at McDonalds but you should always do your best. Watched my food, two kids meals, sit on the counter for 5 minutes after it took ages to make until I had to ask about it. All the kids had attitudes and were dicking off. Bad for business.

Disgusted with this location. I rarely eat fast food but the one time I came here out of pure desperation I asked for extra ranch. I even said when ordering I wanted at least 4 packets of ranch(they are teeny tiny!), they put it on the monitor then only gave me one, so I asked for 3 more and even offered to pay for it. God smite you and your loved ones for daring to ask such a thing. The woman got very huffy about this, turned around and yelled at everyone working behind her, came back and shoved them into my hands and said«next time do not ever ask for extra ranch.» I just looked at her and said«after your attitude, there won’t be a next time.» SERIOUSLY, MCDONALDS — why are you so weird about your ranch? This is not the only location that has gotten upset about it so what exactly are you doing to your poor employees that they have to horde their ranch dressing and go as far as to scold the people who happen to like it? And why on earth would you make those already tiny containers even smaller?!

No drive-thru? What is this. Late night service is lacking.

The lack of drive thru is not a license to operate at the pace of the Department of Motor Vehicles. I guess they were low on supplies so our Bacon McDoubles became Bacon McSingles. And I hesitate to retain the word bacon here because two total inches of crispy pig fat(half a standard strip) doesn’t warrant the dollar upcharge. I see through your deceptions, McDonald’s. Dollar Menu and More? No. ANDLESS. ANDTREACHERY.

I come here regularly for breakfast, coffee, smoothies and anytime I need something extra to fill myself. Inside is clean, not renovated but well maintained. Staff is friendly enough although they seemed to get overwhelmed very easily. and I wonder why that may be sometimes. One thing I hate about this location is there is no drive through! I don’t mind walking but every now and then If I want something quick and be lazy, I don’t want to get out of the car but have the food handed to me while I am still sitting in the car!!! Other than that, this place is okay, I mean it’s McDonalds not Morton’s

Usually clean, accurate, and serving consistently good McDonald’s food. There is no drive through, and prices run slightly higher than out near Dulles. They do not put tea dispensers out in the dining room, which makes me sad.

Although I don’t eat McDonald’s anymore :(I love this particular McDonald’s! You can’t beat a mcchicken sandwich from the dollar menu at 2am after a night of drinking! 24 hour restaurants are the best!

As long as there has been a Herndon, there has been a McDonald’s. The history of McDonald’s in Herndon is long and intertwined, dating back to Commander William Lewis Herndon for which the town is named. It has been said that when the SS Central America suffered its tragic fate, the eponymous captain saved 150 of his passengers and crew, saying«Get thee off this ship and unto the nearest McDonald’s!» But seriously, a McDonald’s has stood at the intersection of Elden Street and Herndon Parkway since time immemorial. Upon the completed construction of the«new» McDonald’s at 330 Elden Street, the original McDonald’s of Herndon became a Milwaukee Custard. Since occupying their new location, McDonald’s has prospered and grown with the town. McDonald’s recently underwent a massive renovation to appear more like a comfortable café, with nouveau lighting and furniture. In addition to the light & airy interior, the kitchen, grlll, and counter became more visible, allowing patrons to watch their food getting prepared. McDonald’s has made an industry of standardization. It is the same«food product» at each franchise restaurant you visit. One does not visit a McDonald’s for a unique experience or variation. Despite this consistency, this McDonald’s shines as a beacon for the last refuge of the unimaginative.

Great place is you want to clog your arteries with greasy, over processed frozen cow patties. If not, walk across the street and go to Subway.

Food meets McDonald’s standards, and, there is a Redbox dvd rental kiosk here. But no no drive through is a drag… But honestly, the best part about this McDonalds is that it is close to several other fast food places. When we go — I usually grab something for myself from Popeyes or Subway, and then take my food there so my son can get his McDonald’s fix. We are all happy!

I’ve picked up breakfast here multiple times — from a bag full of breakfast sandwiches and hash browns on a Saturday morning for a marathon writing proposal for work — to the occasional breakfast value meal — either a sausage, egg, and cheese Mcmuffin — OR a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit — plus hash brown. This is one of the few Mickey D’s that does not have a Drive Thru.
