Papa John’s Pizza

Do not order from here! Lousy Pizza! Really disappointed. I’ve ordered from here about three times. The first two times it wasn’t too bad for delivery but this one!?? Guess where It ended up? That’s right literally in the trash.
I wouldn’t have given it any stars as it doesn’t deserve even one star.
I ordered a Large Original Crust The Works Pizza. I don’t know if it was because they’re having a ‘$ 12′ special but the pizza had hardly any toppings on it. The ends of the pizza were covered in the sauce only and not even cheese.

I have been coming back to this particular Papa John’s the past couple months because the customer service had been on point! They are quick, friendly, and helpful. I like to claim that I am strong independent black woman but not gonna lie I have appreciated them opening the door for me when I have had two pizzas in my hand. It doesn’t hurt that the pizza is fresh and hot when I get it here too. I would recommend people give me another try.

Ok I’ve ordered from here a few times and its been fine (hence the ²⁄₅ instead of ¹⁄₅) BUT I had to say something– I got my pizza today and it looked HORRIBLE. I attached a picture as proof, what kind of store would let their employees make something like this? I won’t be ordering from them again

This is my third time ordering from this store. People smile here! Very nice customer service. We LOVE papa johns so we are partial to their pizza. We’ve ALWAYS been ordering the same order for several (don’t even remember how many) years. We love P J and will continue to enjoy their cheesy goodness!

This is the second time I’m trying with them and both times I didn’t even order a pizza and it took over an hour to receive it… seriously? They really need to work on their time… I will not be ordering from them again. however Dominos is perfect every time! And they deliver within the half hour!

I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza last week — delivery took forever but the pizza was actually pretty good. I ordered the same pizza today. Delivery was under an hour this time, but the pizza is not good. Dough doesn’t taste as fresh as it did before and there is no sauce at all on it. Plus, barely any toppings. Ugh… no consistency here.

Used to order from here. Pizza was OK.
However, my friend ordered pizza from here one time and found a used band-​aid in their pizza! How nasty is that!
Will never order from here again!

papa John’s 10 years ago was awesome, it’s sad that they ve lowered the quality. I can’t even eat it anymore. Very disappointment.

Ordered take out, and then saw later on my credit card statement that they over charged me.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now. 2 online and 1 over the phone and they have been over 20 minutes late every time. We gave them more try’s then I normally would because my husband loves papa johns.
The first time it was over an hour wait. When I called to find out where my pizza was the manager said he would put in a credit for next time. The next time I called, no record of credit! I ordered still, stupid me, and it was an hour wait again!
The third is today and once again I’m sitting here and it’s going past the time they said it would take to deliver. They are 2 miles away and I’m ordering a pepperoni pizza. This shouldn’t be complicated!

I ordered from here a few days ago and I waited longer then what they said it would be. I had placed an order with special request (extra sauce, well done and square cut) and that had been completely ignored.

First time placing an order with Papa John’s. Did so online. The order was a simple one, asking for two ingredients on one half and two other ingredients on the second half. The order was delivered after an hour of waiting and was completely wrong. Won’t be ordering from Papa John’s any longer.

Wonderful! Ordered online, delivered to my hotel just as ordered. Took only 30 min still hot and yummy. Drink was cold. I was worried after reading the reviews, but pleasantly surprised!

This place stinks. They ignore special requests and despite having a busy vibe the cheese sometimes doesn’t seem fresh. Major yuck. If there’s a special deal aka there’s a huge poster in the window, they play stupid about it and only come clean after a little pressure. The place is full of pizza grunts just pushing the mediocre pies out the door. Maybe this will all change in 3 months when the existing pizza grunts are replaced by a different set.

I am agreeing with the Unilocaler on uncooked cheese, but I also got uncooked dough even asking for the «well done» bake. This was the second time, and last. First time it was delivered really late (one hour and 10 minutes) and undercooked and I thought – ok – I guess I need to check the well done box. This time I did and it was even less baked. They do have lots of coupons and promo but am not that desperate to save a buck.

This place is as busy as a beehive. There are so many workers in this kitchen and many more people coming and going doing deliveries. I guess they have a perfect place with ample parking for the front and back of the building.
The personnel can be friendlier but at least they are fast and know what they’re doing.
Honestly, their pizza’s are not very exciting to me, but they always have a great variety of flavors and promos.
Their pizzas always come with a garlic sauce and a couple of green peppers which is unique to Papa John.

It’s Papa Johns pizza… pure crap lol. Unless youre some douchebag that just shovels as much pizza down your throat as you can then this pizza just plain sucks. Crap dough, cheap sauce, and the thickest covering of uncooked cheese your heart desires!!! All with arterie clogging «garlic/​butter dipping sauce»… I actually like pizza so i dont try to squeeze as much pie into my dollar as possible.

Do you know what «Papa» in Papa John’s Stands for? It’s an acronym for «P-​eople A-​re P-​riority A-​lways» and it also stands for the founder, John Schnatter.
I have been enjoying Papa John’s pizza for many years and it just keeps on getting better! Their slogan, «Better Ingredients. Better Pizza» says it all! They have the best cheese ever, and their pepperoni is lower in fat that most which, in my book, makes it second to none.
They generously load the pizza with toppings… but because they put a second layer of cheese over them, it seems as if they are scamping out on them… but in reality they are putting on than the other guys!
And, oh… if you ever have a complaint, they take really seriously and go out of their way to make it right.
There are many pizza guys… Papa John’s is the best!
I highly recommend it.

One thing I like is that during football season, there is an event called Terrapin Tuesday. It’s a sponsored program through the U of M alumni gig (which I am not but found out from my office mate) and you basically get a cheese pizza for $ 8.99. For each touchdown that the Terps score on their Saturday game, you get a topping. If they win, double it. So when the Terps scored five touchdowns this past weekend against Boston College and then won the game, it left us with the option of getting a whopping 10 toppings on the pizza.
Not only that, when we got the pizza, it was baked nice, crisp, and golden (I’m a big thin crust fan) and all for $ 11.07 with the delivery charge sans tip. Where else can you get a pizza that should cost you $ 30 (at least it said so on the receipt) for that much?
