I eat there so much, as soon as I walk in, they know my order. I seriously won’t eat any other phở in town. There’s something about their broth that just sets them apart!

Service was dismal. There were two tables seated of the fifteen or so available, and it took considerably longer than any other phở restaurant to take our order — getting the food out took even longer. When it did come out, it simply wasn’t worth the wait. The chicken was low-quality sliced meat I’d almost expect to find in a cup of instant noodles. The noodles, came clumped together at the bottom of the bowl, and refused to separate, instead breaking apart. Instead of noodles, I was eating chunks of coagulated, broken noodles. I ended up just drinking the broth, which wasn’t as bad as everything else. I won’t be back, and I definitely won’t recommend it.

Did I just wait 30 minutes for a bowl of Phở before walking out? Yes. Yes, i did. And there looked to be 8 people still waiting for their orders who sat before me? What dafuq? Talk about a poor experience.

A-ok decent phở… The portion size was a little smaller for carry out compared to other places I’ve gotten it.

Worst bun bo hue i’ve ever had… undersized portion… tasted like they took phở broth and mixed in hoisin and sriracha for me… worst quality meat even if it were in regular phở… noodles looked like cup a noodle noodles… decent price tho. Cant speak for the phở… but stay away from the bun bo hue

When I worked in Herndon I was looking for great Phở, and when I saw a highly ranked restaurant was so nearby I had to try it. It’s very hard to find because it’s in an industrial park and not well labeled as I recall but the food is great. The phở is good but I thought the summer rolls were the star of the menu! * edit: I see pics with a big Saigon phở style sign which seems new. So I suppose it’s no longer as hard to find– I don’t remember it being there a few years ago!

I had the spring rolls and phở tai. The spring rolls were ok, lacking in shrimp and abundant in noodles. However the meat in the phở tai was good, flavorful, and came out rare. The negatives of the phở for me were the broth, which was too sweet, and the noodles, which were pretty stiff. However service was good; the waitress was friendly and sweet. I think there are better options in the area, but would maybe come back for the great service!

I’ve been here dozens of times now. I have yet to taste anything that is less than exemplary. Family owned. Friendly service. Super clean. A great place if you’re a seasoned Vietnamese food eater or looking to try it for the first time. Phở broth is superb. Melt in your mouth tendon and tripe. Don’t miss the Fried quail appetizer with house made fish sauce! And good lord, their crêpe/pancake and their beef stew… Just go try it. This is a wonderful place to stop before an evening performance or after a matinée at NextStop Theatre next door.

As close to San Fran as you can get!!! Great ox tale broth. Perfect flavor. I love most Phở shops that I visit but it is always a treat to find a place where the flavor just explodes out of the bowl. This place is a must.

Let start by saying I’m not an expert on Vietnamese cuisine. We ate here on a Saturday night and had a great meal. Most in our party ordered some variety of phở(noodle bowl) with meat but I had a chicken noodle bowl(no broth). Everyone was happy with the food, the service, and the ambiance. My chicken bowl was well prepared and presented. It was flavorful and I enjoyed it. I’d definitely return here!

Got some coffee for work. Love Vietnamese coffee here. They serve it with lots of coffee bean which has a kick to their coffee and with some cow dense milk. The owner of the restaurant(small asian lady) is very sweet. I recommend trying their coffee here. it is the bombdigadi. Also the rice dishes here are VERY good as well. One suggestion is that if you are coming with a large party during lunch, call in advance because it does take a long time for your food to come out during lunch. and since people have to rush back to work so yeah. call ahead of times! overall if you have time then you should come and try this place out. They have good service here and the vibe is great. has plenty of parking outside as well!

I had a very favorite phở joint, once. It was Phở Royal, in Sterling, before they recently merged w/The Phở, in Ashburn. Their broth recipe has changed. Since then I’ve been on a quest to find a replacement Favorite Phở in Northern Virginia. On 4÷8÷15, my search turned to Herndon, VA, & a small office park tucked off of Sunset Hills Road, past the Fairfax County Parkway. Saigon Phở Style has a small, clean dining room; is a small, clean family business & although I got my food to go, the packaging & presentation was as good as something put into a foam container can be. We got the BBQ meatball roll; the spring roll & grilled pork combo, the beef stuffed grape leaves & a large beef Tai, Nam, Gan, Sach(steak, flank, soft tendon & tripe) phở. Although all of the dishes were delicious, & we plan to revisit & explore their menu some more — although this may become a favorite local Vietnamese food place — although the broth was warm & beefy — it was a little too salty, & didn’t have that ghost of cinnamon I loved so much about that other phở joint. I believe it was cooked with care, & it tastes good. The fixings were bright & fresh. I’ll add to this review later, to give you all a better idea of the different flavors. Right now, I’m knocking a star off of five for this phở not being The New Favorite Phở, & a large, cranky star off for the * more than half hour* I waited for my food. Nobody else in the place, didn’t order anything complicated, middle of the day. That’s too long! I’ll be happy to add a star back if my next encounter with them is more timely. Maybe their dining room /eat in service is quicker. I wish Unilocal had half stars, as I’d rather give them 3.5 stars… This place was yummy. I’ll keep looking for phở but everything else was excellent. Had I not had that elusive other broth likely this phở would scratch the itch easily.

I entered the restaurant at 1:30 in the afternoon and there was not a table available but only three people in the room. They were not cleared from earlier guests. There are only 10 tables in the place. The hostess quickly cleared a table for me and took my order a few minutes later. Clean place overall. And it was nice that I didn’t have to clean the cap of the Sriracha bottle. The menu is a little more extensive than an average soup kitchen so having a fulfilling dinner here is possible. For lunch, I had the stand-by Phở and the broth was spot on. The meat and noodle to broth ratio was good+. I would say the Phở overall is better than average. I would call this place a hidden gem as it is not on the main drag in Herndon. I will defiantly come back. One last important point. The restroom was bright and clean. Not sure about the women’s room.

Best phở in Herndon/Reston! When we crave for phở… we think of Saigon phở first, top of our list!

I thought the place was ok. Only 1 person managing the entire restaurant. If you go there, make sure noone else is there because the service can be quite long. For the phở experience, I had #3 and I didn’t think it was all that as everyone says. I had better tasting phở in Chantilly with more noodles and beef slices, especially at Phở 102, the serving are much more and the owner will come by your table and she will ask you if you want more w/extra charge.

I love food in general — all types and cuisines. I live in Florida and it’s hard to find good Phở down there because of different demographics. Might say Saigon Phở Style does have good Phở. Highly recommend.

I continue to love this darling Vietnamese café! It’s a bit hidden away, at the back of the Spring Street shopping lane in Herndon. Natalie is the hostess.(TIP: She tends to be shy with her language skills, but she shouldn’t be). I’ve enjoyed all of their rice noodle bowls served with fish sauce, mmmmm! Recently tried the lotus root salad with shrimp. Surprisingly refreshing on a miserably hot day, it was a mouthful of crispy-crunchiness unlike most green salads. Very clean restaurant, reasonably priced, a hidden treat in the Reston-Herndon corridor.
