Have bought two appliances here in the last three months(dishwasher and a washing machine) and have been happy. The appliance manager, Aneel, is very knowledgeable and a helpful sales rep though busy. Other workers in the store were more varied on helpfulness. But they have fairly regular sales even outside stuff online, and are willing to work to apply sales, match online delivery fee options, etc. Nice to be able to get delivery set up 3 days from purchase too.

Local hardware stores are disappearing, but this Sears really feels like one. It is big enough to have nearly everything I need for projects, but isn’t a huge warehouse like Lowe’s or Home Depot. The folks who work there are always friendly, and I like the small touches like having coffee out on a cold day.

I live 1 mile from this store and shop there at least 2 weekends a month. I have found that this Sears carries most everything that I need for home and garden maintenance and repair. I have purchased a couple of lawn mowers along with a chainsaw and weed eaters, the service after the sale has been very good. I have found all the regular parts for my equipment IE: spark plugs, belts, trimmer line etc. to be in stock in the store most of the time. I service my own equipment so I cannot say anything about their service program. I have also purchased all the chemicals for my lawn there for years, as they always have the latest Scotts products, along with a large selection of Mulch. I have never had a problem exchanging Craftsman tools that break or wear out(wrenches, screwdrivers pliers). I also have had Sears repair my window screens at this location, I dropped them off on a Sunday afternoon and picked them up in one week repaired and bundled very neatly. It was a very simple process and every one came back perfect. I would recommend this Sears Hardware location to everyone; they have a large assortment of hard to find hardware along with appliances. Keep up the good work Sears…
