History
Established in 1994.
In 1994 an Electrical Engineer and his friend an MBA decided that they wanted to change course and introduce this healthy diet and delicious food to the mainstream American taste.
Tony and Moe opened their first restaurant together in Dallas Texas, in December of 1994 and they named it Sahara which is still in business today.
The food and the concept was so well received by the north Dallas customers that it became an overnight success, however they parted as partners and each pursued their own business ventures.
Fast forward 2011, Tony called Moe and said… «Northern Virginia is the place to reintroduce this concept and food»…
The rest is history in the making…
