Love this subway. I visit it almost everyday. The owner loves the NFL which is great. They are always fast and get me in and out.

Last Thursday June 26th, I went in to get a sub. I had to wait for the woman sweeping up to beckon the other women behind the counter. I gave her my bread order and then happened to look down to see what type of meat I wanted. Just in between the chips and the glass was a ROACH. I honestly was shocked and stood there for a minute. The roach then some how squeezed under the glass where the lady tried to kill it. Ummm yeah I walked off on that one! NEVER going back! I would like to give them zero starts but it won’t let me.

I went for lunch. What Subway doesn’t have pastrami? THISONE. I settled for an Italian BMT, and I understand a lunch rush, but I was rushed to the point it was a pretty poor experience. Glad that there was at least Miss Vickie’s Jalapeño Chips. Now if this place didn’t have that either…

Read my tip. Stingy staff with adding veggies/extras and poor customer service. They don’t understand the concept of pleasing the customer for return visits.

I go to subway because the food is consistently ok. This one is not ok. I found particles of black gunk/ooze, probably mold in the ice. I thought it might be considerate to let the manager know before someone became ill. The liar of a piece of trash manager could have taken two paths, one was to tell me that he’d get it checked out and I probably wouldn’t think twice. Instead he proceeded to tell me that the dark black stuff frozen inside the ice cubes was sugar/syrup from the soda machine. I told him I wasn’t falling for the story and he persisted. Its amazing in this day and age to let something like this go, never mind come up with one of the worst lies ever to cover it. I can’t begin to thing what else goes on here.

Ate there yesterday for lunch(6inch veggie delight) and got food poisoning from it. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and a few hours after lunch, I became violently ill and had to take the day off from work. I will NEVER go back to another subway after this experience.

Tried the soup for the first time today… it has a good flavor but it was not very warm by the time I got back to the office, which is just across the street. The ladies that work there are very nice… however, english seems to be optional…

Women’s toilet not working properly. I had a hard time understanding the English of the lady who was making our subs(and she probably didn’t understand us either), so the manager(I’m guessing?) that was sitting at a table closest to the bathroom was yelling across to help her out. This not only happened to us, but to the next few customers as well.

When I first went in, I expected it to take a long time because there was ten people in front of me and from past experiences it usually takes a while(exception of Great Falls Plaza Subway). I was pleasantly surprised that their assembly line was quite efficient. They were whipping through the sandwiches a lot faster than I expected. Ordered one of my six normal subs and they had it done quickly and very nice looking. When I did eat it, the bread was fresh and not stale as were all of the toppings. The staff was polite and smiled. They are one of the few subway’s that allow you to pay by credit card and you don’t have to sign for it! I know there is a spending limit to that and I’m not sure what it is but I only spend $ 5.25. Some subway’s you sign, some you don’t. This is a subway I will continue to go to.

I actually went here a couple of days ago and was impressed. Unlike some of it’s other friends, this Subway was efficient. For once, not being lured into the cholesterol palace(a.k.a. McDonald’s — see other post), I went in with the intent to ‘eat fresh.’ Well, satisfaction was guaranteed this time. After having my nose met with the wonderful smell of inch-line-increasing carbohydrates(thank God for treadmills and elliptical machines), I went to the back of the line. It almost harshed my Subway boner until I realized that the line was moving rather quickly. The ladies there had things down to a system that I don’t see in other places — bread lady, meat lady, cheese lady, veggie lady, salt-pepper-oregano and wrap lady, and the cashier. They worked in amazing tandem that reminded me of the oompah loompahs from Charlie and the Chocolate factory — only speaking Spanish instead of singing. But no matter, they fired out my sandwich with the efficiency never seen at the DMV and within a 5 minute turn, I was on my way. After paying, I almost thought I was robbed in the process until I realized that I really did have a sandwich in my hand after such a short time. Ahh the few things to keep me happy — but few meals besides Subway afford me the satisfaction of sprinkling little bits of honey oat into my work keyboard while I bill clients.
