The Naderi Center

After years of considering a rhinoplasty I finally scheduled some consultations. I came to Dr. Naderi after consulting with another surgeon out of town and I had appointments to meet with other surgeons after. However, when I met with Dr. Naderi I knew I didn’t need to look any further. Dr. Naderi made me feel comfortable and confident that he could fix what I wanted. I was unhappy with my side profile and a few other aspects of my nose. I knew right when I left the consult that I wanted him to do the surgery. I am now three weeks post surgery and couldn’t be happier. He exceeded my expectations. My nose looks just like the computer imaging photos he showed me during my initial consult. My nose went from being the biggest feature on my face to being small and feminine. It blends right in with the rest of my face! My side profile is now my favorite view. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. They go over instructions so throughly that I had no questions and experienced no surprises afterward. I can’t say enough good things about this surgeon or his office. If you’re considering a rhinoplasty meet with Dr.Naderi. You will not be disappointed!

I wouldn’t go to anyone other than Dr. Naderi… if someone is making injections in my face, then I’d like to know that they’re a surgeon. It’s worth the price of gold to me… he’s awesome!!!

I felt like I got scammed at this place. After talking to Dr. Kulak, I decided to do a CO2 fractionated fraxel laser treatment on my face. I wanted to get rid of acne scars. This treatment cost me just under $ 3,000. $ 3,000 is A LOT of money to me. Dr. Kulak led me to believe that this treatment would help get rid of acne scars. This procedure did absolutely NOTHING to improve my face. It absolutely is no better than it was before. In fact, its now worse. This summer after being in the sun, I have developed brown spots on my face. I had the fractionated laser done LAST summer, so over 10 months ago since the treatment. I’m upset about the brown spots, but honestly, the brown spots don’t have anything to do with my 1 star review. Even if I hadn’t gotten the brown spots, this treatment was absolutely a waste of money. My boyfriend urged me not to do it and I didn’t listen. This was 3,000 down the drain (not to mention a harsh recovery after the procedure). Please don’t make the mistake I did.

I want to start out by saying Dr. Naderi is simply amazing at what he does. He has become not only my doctor but also a friend.
I recently had a procedure done else where and had some complications. Dr. Naderi was kind enough to explain to me why those complications occurred and helped me fix them. If you are reading this Dr. Naderi, I want to sincerely thank you for everything you’ve done for me.
I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

I have seen Dr. Naderi in both Herndon and Chevy chase. His office staff in both locations is helpful, warm and welcoming. I started going to him for my Botox after my previous injector consistently left me badly bruised. He truly has a light touch, I fact, this last time there wasn’t a single mark!!! (I just wish Botox lasted longer!). I also had him inject Juvederm in my lips. I was very hesitant to have this done after a prior bad experience from a different injector left me with a true «duck face.» But after he examined my thin lips, he put my mind at ease as to what he could do. Today, it looks perfect. Plus, it truly was painless!!! Finally, I had wanted some Restylane in the dark circles under my eyes. He was very honest about my bruising potential with the time frame I was looking at. You have to appreciate that. I really feel like any other practitioner wouldn’t have taken the time to explain the downtime involved, instead just grabbing the money from the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Naderi for any facial rejuvenation procedure.

Dr Naderi is the best for injections! He does beautiful, natural looking Botox and you barely feel the needle! He is quite conservative in his approach and actually used 10 units less than what I had been getting in California. The prices are very good, especially given the fact that he does them himself. I trust him explicitly with my face and anyone looking for amazing Botox in the Northern VA/​DC area should make an appointment! The ladies in his office are also very sweet and helpful as well! Oh and PS… they offer 20% off all injections on the first Monday of every month, now you have to check them out! Your welcome ;)

This review is for the consultation only. I have to admit, Im a little surprised at some of the more harsh comments from previous « Unilocalers», because I found Dr. Naderi to be quite pleasent.
I felt comfortable during my appointment, and I felt that Dr. Naderi was honest with what he could do vs what he couldn’t do. He didn’t try to push the procedure on me, in fact, he suggested that I consult with other doctors before making my decision to gain a more holistic overview of the process.
I got the vibe that Dr. Naderi only performs surgury on people who seem both physically and mentally qualified for the procedure to help avoid having angry/​unsatified clients.
My consultation was definitely worth my time, and I noticed a huge difference between paying for this appointment vs others that have been free. Quality of service was much better.

this review is for a consultation with dr. naderi only. i consulted many plastic surgeons before selecting a doctor for rhinoplasty, and dr. naderi was one of them. i found him rude during the consultation. halfway through we discussed potential outcomes and risks, he stopped and said that I seems very uncomfortable (which was clearly his misinterpreting me sitting there listening to him as being «nervous»). he then said he didn’t know if i wanted the procedure, despite me assuring that him that I definitely did. alas, he stated that our conversations should be like two old «friends» getting together and he would not conduct it unless we met again and things «felt differently.» so in instructed me to come back in a year (?). after having several consultations and the fact that I thought he was highly regarded in this area, i was very surprised by how he conducted himself.
i called two times after the consultation to request the simulated photos and estimated costs. i did not receive a phone call, the photos, or a break down of fees. and that is totally fine if he doesn’t want to provide me with them or conduct a procedure on me – just DON’T charge me for a consultation fee. what did i even pay for? and sure, he may do good work, but why waste $ 100 dollars when there are several other fantastic plastic surgeons in the DC area?
in the end, i chose dr. jonathan pontell outside of philadelphia and am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results. check him out and you wont have the same experience i had at the naderi center.
RESPONSE: clearly dr. naderi is not adequately judging «mental readiness» of his patients (especially since I had a great surgeon preform mine and I’m very happy with the results). and yes, he can chose to preform the procedure on whomever, but not responding to two of my phone calls after this consultation is unprofessional. and if he asked me to just come back at a later date, then he could have at least either sent the simulations or calls me back said he did not feel comfortable performing the procedure in the future and would refund the money.

I have been seeing Dr. Naderi for 4 years now for lip enhancement .He is the absolut best for such a delicate procedure. He is very kind, extremly gentle (I do not need numbing as the way he does the injections I feel no pain), very skilled and with an amazing eye for detail and aesthetics in general. He is always both willing and happy to answer any questions and he is very well informed in his field (you would be surprise how many plastic surgeons aren’t!).I have heard he is also the best in the Washington D. C area for rhinoplasty (his passion).The results are always great and very natural.
And lastly, I just love his beautiful offices and his awesome stuff: Sarah, Sabrina and recently, Mary. They are very friendly, sweet, soothing (needles can be nerve wrecking :-), efficient and just fun!
Yes, he might be pricey, but trust me, after every visit I feel like after a spa treatment!

I had a procedure done at the Naderi center as well and he is wonderful. The staff is curteous and kind and it is true, Dr. Naderi will not try to sell you on whatever it is you want, just to make that money off of you. He will do what he feels is necessary but no more and I commend him for that. There are not many doctors out there that will do this.
Yes he is pricey, but worth it in the end.

My first visit to the center was heartbreaking… but let me explain. I first went to Dr. Naderi after 20+ years of being self conscious about my nose. I’d saved up the money for a rhinoplasty and had done countless hours of research, leading me to The Naderi Center. I was so excited to finally get it done!
After a very warm and friendly reception, I was led into Dr. Naderi’s office. After explaining to him what I was hoping for, he gently told me the disappointing news. He didn’t think there was anything wrong with my nose! He thought it fit my face perfectly and said that he knew many surgeons who would do the surgery I wanted but he highly recommended against it. Trying to hold back tears of disappointment, he went on for what felt like an hour explaining. Dr. Naderi took photos and spent all the time I needed explaining facial symmetry. In minute detail, he showed me images of what my face would look like if we did the surgery and how the scarring could potentially be evident. I was incredulous. A plastic surgeon was turning down a lucrative job?
Many people had told me I didn’t need a nose job but no one I could be convinced by had taken the time to explain why. How could I not listen to a plastic surgeon who was a specialist in his field? I walked out of his office that day, still disappointed but with something far more valuable than any amount of money — a confidence… a knowing (with apparently scientific evidence!) that my nose was perfect for me. There is nothing wrong with my nose, just my perception of it!
So to scratch the itch I felt for a change in my life (and apparently to get rid of some of the money ‘burning a hole in my pocket’), I bought some Latisse and scheduled some facials. I made an appointment with a salon and added some dramatic highlights. I went shopping for new clothes and updated my bedroom/​bathroom décor.
I *love* the Latisse and my facials with Jenn were amazing. Sadly, she’s moved on but I’m confident that whoever’s taken up there as the esthetician is amazing because Dr. Naderi appears to have very high standards.
I did end up trying the Vi Peel and will say this– MAKE SURE you have Vaseline or whatever they recommend for the days following the peel. I didn’t and suffered unnecessarily! I noticed a dramatic difference in the freckles and sun damage on my skin. I’d like to also add that Dr. Naderi strongly recommended that I not do anything stronger than the Vi due to my skin tone. Asian skins can brown or darken with some peels, which I did not know. I’m only half Asian but apparently it applies to me.
Your face is the first thing you present to the world. I can’t imagine taking anymore risk than necessary. I’ve read here that The Naderi Center is pricier but honestly, peace of mind is priceless. That’s why the Naderi Center gets my 5 stars and my loyal patronage (and I’m pretty stingy with both!)

I went to Dr. Naderi for a nose job. He is a rhinoplasty specialist and after speaking with 3 other doctors I went with Dr. Naderi because he seems to know all the subtleties of rhinoplasty, he took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, and was very patient when handling my concerns. I was impressed with his before and after photos because all of his patients looked natural in the after photos. I’m so happy with the results, he removed the bump in my nose and refined the tip and I feel like I still look like myself, only better. Thanks Dr. Naderi!

I met with Dr. Naderi for a consultation on a scar revision. He did not think I needed it and recommend alternative solutions. I decided to follow his advice and my scar is already a little better plus I saved thousands. I really appreciate that he didn’t take advantage of my vanity and schedule me for surgery on the spot like many doctors would have done.
I went back the next week for botox. I have had botox previously with two other highly rated doctors on the west coast and I must say Dr. Naderi is the better than both of them. It was quick and painless.
I also had a peel. The massage was heavenly. My skin already looks better after only one treatment.
The entire staff is wonderful. Sabrina, Sarah, Julie and Jen rock! They are competent, sweet & caring and each one is beautiful in her own way. If you are considering any facial beauty service, I highly recommend Dr. Naderi.

I was so hesitant to get a chemical peel but I felt like my skin needed a lift so here I was sitting in Dr. Naderi’s office. Jennifer is the aesthetician here and she was wonderful in explaining the procedure and giving me advice. The office is nice and modern and when I first got there I had a consultation with Dr. Naderi. Dr. Naderi only does the surgical procedures so Jennifer took over and she is very nice and pleasant. Her skin also looks amazing. I had a chemical peel done and I bought an OBAGI skincare set which put me back $ 465. I almost shat a brick, but I wanted to have less zits and take care of some acne scarring so I bit the bullet. The chemical peel hurt like acid being poured on your face (it is acid poured on your face), and it hurt like heck. My face was so bad for 2 weeks, I was peeling like crazy and it was so sensitive but after 3 weeks, I am happy with my results.
