I purchased a 2009 Sierra Denali from this dealership. The truck was great! I found it on
and contacted them and had them deliver the truck.
We had agreed on a price and for the truck to be delivered to my location. After arranging financing with my local bank, the dealer would not drive to my location, but only an hour from where I was. I was alright with this, no big deal. I got the truck and it was magnificent!
The only issue I had, was the passenger door lock would not work. I contacted the dealership about the issue, that I found the same day of purchase, to ask to supply the part or pay for the part. I was planning on installing it myself. But, they would not even offer any help at all. The part was over $ 100 that the dealership would not help at all on. For a $ 35 000 truck, a $ 100 part was not worth their time.
Customer service is a big deal for me, so if it is for you, I would not purchase a vehicle here.
