Specialties

Caring Hands specializes in providing high quality care to children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 13 years. Our small center focuses on each child in care and creates lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of each child and family. We are a diverse center and teach the children sign language and Spanish each day as part of our integrated curriculum. We also provide healthy meals, breakfast, lunch and snack, to our students that is made fresh in our own kitchen.

History

Established in 2012.

Caring Hands was started by Tanya Shaw. When searching the local area for the right fit for her little girl, she couldn’t find it. The right place for her little girl wasn’t in Hershey. With a Master’s Degree in Education and years of experience in child care Tanya decided to create the perfect place for her child. A place where she could learn and be loved in a small environment with caring teachers that would support her learning. This is where Caring Hands started and continues to stand out above all other centers in Hershey. The loving staff and small family feel of the center makes Caring Hands unique.
