On June 13 2014 I made contact with Roberts mobile TV services Robert came out on June 20 2014 I let him know my lamp was nearing end of life. when they got to my condo one hour late he and his wife (very strange looking couple not judging a person by their looks but scary) he looked at my TV and diagnosed lamp was nearing end of life his wife asked for a deposit of half of cost of repairs ($ 180.00) I gave her a check for ($ 100.00) balance on repair date June 20 2014 they returned replaced my factory lamp with a knock off lamp I called him later that night to let him know TV was not working he tried to have me do my own repairs. we agreed to a return visit on July 19 2014 I called Robert to confirm time he went straight crazy telling me he told me he was not coming out. He slammed the phone down (bi polar personality) I called him back to let him know I am going to report him to the BBB@yelpyelpk you will be better served not using his services because he and his wife are not repair technician they are con artist at best .look for real technician that can do the job from start to finish. I should have recognized a flem/​flam on wheels man when i saw one (very dishonest person) learn from my $ 180.00 mistake don’t let it happen too you. please tell others

This guy is a scam artist. He is just in it for the service call, conveniently he will apply the service call to your repair, but I am convinced that he doesn’t do repairs.
We had an appointment for a Saturday, Saturday came and went and he never showed up. The following Saturday he called and said he would be there in 20 minutes, the woman stated that I had misunderstood the date, when I told her I didn’t she advised «Oh, they had a sick family member»…I should have ended it there.
He came out to look at my TV and told me that it was a particular part, then said he would have to call me back in 2 days to give me pricing. 3 days later he leaves a message and tells me that it will be 3 weeks to get the part, if I am still interested call him back. I left a message stating that he didn’t give me any pricing and to call me back and I haven’t heard from him since.
After further research the part he wanted to replace doesn’t even exist for my TV!
Save your money and go with someone reputable that can actually take care of business… My recommendation: Cotton’s TV Repair.

This guy is the worst. We paid him $ 300 to order a part that he said would take 2 weeks to get here and we have not heard from him since, it has been 2 months. We have called him time and time again and he will not answer or has a woman answer and she says he will get back to us that night and he never calls. I would go so far as to say he has no idea what he’s doing and is just a scammer. Do not, I repeat DO NOT trust this man. You will end up with a still broken tv and a much lighter wallet.
