Best customer service in the HD! It’s sad that professional establishments just tell you what you want to hear and don’t follow through with promises. I rented an alto sax from them at the beginning of this school year. My son really wanted tenor but they were out. I asked if they would please call me if one became available expecting to never hear from them again, after all they already had my money. To my surprise I received a phone call a week or two later! Thank you Beethoven for doing what you said you would do unlike so many other establishments up here. You are the the best and I voted for you in Best of the High Desert. Good luck I hope you win! You deserve it.

When I first moved to Wrightwood, I asked numerous musicians: what were the closest, and the best (as in fairness and good prices), music stores around. Everyone said the same thing: Roll Over Beethoven in Hesperia. In my opinion, they were all correct. The prices, service, knowledge, and just plain niceness of the staff is unbeatable. Whether it is for a repair, a new or used instrument, any kind of equipment, whatever, I’m always greatly pleased with everything about the place. They have even brought my instrument from Wrightwood and back to me after doing a great job repairing it, (for lower cost than anywhere else). How’s that for ‘free shipping’? This business makes the ‘Big Box’ stores like Sam Ash and Guitar Center look weak, by comparison… in ALL ways.

Very helpful fixed my daughters cork on her clarinet same day. Everywhere else wanted it for a couple of days. Friendly on the phone and in person. We have no complaints!

I usually stop by Roll Over Beethoven’s to browse and jam on some of the basses that are on display and sold at the store. There’s pretty much a lot of instruments in the store such as guitars, drums and other percussion instruments, band instruments, music books, and other music accessories. Throughout all of the times I’ve visited the store, I’ve only bought two items. Those items were a guitar tuner and strap locks for the strap on my Soundgear (Ibanez) SR-​500 bass over 5 years ago. As for the service, it’s very friendly and helpful and the store also offers musical lessons as well. And since the store is local, it is the best place to buy musical instruments other than a pawn shop or having to take a trip to a Guitar Center or Sam Ash that is out of the High Desert too.
P. S. Tom’s Music was located in Victorville, was a «rival» of «Beethoven’s for many years. But that particular store has been out of business for some time.
