DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WON’T SHOW UP… If I could give a rating of zero I would. Called this company for a cab at 4:10 because my friend and I had a 5:40 train to catch and the train station is a 7 minute drive. They told me it would be 10 minutes. The cab never came and we missed our train. I called the cab company back 10 minutes later and they assured the drive was going to call us. Ten more minutes went by and still no cab! and they would just pick up the phone and hang up. Beyond unprofessional and we called an über instead and that came within less then 5 minutes. This company has poor business ethic and should probably be shut down.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY unless you have friends in the area you can rely on! THIS COMPANY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED. I called for a cab at 5:01 to give me a return lift to the train station after working on a wedding all day. I was told that I would be picked up at my location within 20 – 25 minutes (are you serious?) and it had a very tight timeframe to catch the last NYC bound train. There was one at 532 and one at 540. At 543 (20 minutes later than they promised to be there) they called me…*after* another driver from a different company who was making a drop off at the venue took pity on me and tried to get me to another station where I might have a chance at catching a train back to civilization. Really? You say 20 – 25 and you show almost 45 minutes later?
There are now NO TRAINS for at least an hour. I’m totally stranded. Thanks, you incompetent jerks. You have one job: to run a taxi service and dispatch drivers within the timeframe YOU promise to get people where they need to go and you failed miserably at it. If the pick up could not be completed within the timeframe you promised, it would have been not only professional but also decent to call me and let me know.

This service is horrible! The driver was scary. He went 40 mph on the hwy with no traffic. We almost got in 5 accidents. I’m not exaggerating! Do yourself a favor and never call this place.

This is the worst taxi service out. We went to visit a summer camp in Roslyn after taking the LIRR train to Manhasset. The taxi driver got lost getting to the camp. He took 1.5 hours to get there. Then, he got lost going back to the train station and wanted to dump us in a parking lot rather than at the entrance to the station. I also had to tell him to stop calling and texting on his cell phone while driving us. Then, he got into an argument with us and demanded we pay him $ 38 for 2 adults and one child to go to the train station (less than 30 minutes away) when we only paid $ 9.75 from the train station to the camp. Note in particular, avoid the driver of car # 35 with tel. # 516 326−9090×303.
