Classic Touch Car Wash & Lube

I use to like coming here to get my car wash. It use to be good but the last two times I found myself cleaning my own car after they said they were done. In my opinion the staff is getting worse. The first time I wasn’t too happy I let it slide because I know people and businesses have their days. But it hasn’t gotten better and that sucks because I liked the convenience of what this car wash use to be. Two stars for that one employee that cared to help me out.

I’m so happy I found this place. I paid less than $ 15 and my car is spotless inside and out. I first went thru this huge automatic car wash where this guy used a pressure cleaner on the wheels and to get the hard stuck on stuff. Once you come out a guy dries your car with a soft towel and then you drive up where they detail and clean the interior. My car was filthy. I’ve got two small kids and they eat and leave garbage bringing dirt and grass and let’s just say it was a disaster. They do an awesome job vacumming. I had taken it to a hand wash place and they did nowhere near a job this good. They really got in there and made sure it was well vacummed. I noticed some bird poop hadn’t came out and they took care of it and even washed my rubber mats. It’s now so clean and they were so professional. The whole process was like 20 minutes maybe. I’m definitely going to be visiting this place regularly now that I found this place.

I came here for a car wash because my car needed it badly! I’m very happy I took a chance and checked this place out. I didn’t have too much time since I had dropped off my mom for a doctor’s visit. I read that the customer service wasn’t great and that they took a long time.
I didn’t experience any of these things. It was my first time going through their system and the staff was always nice and helpful. You drive through the automatic exterior wash and then sit outside as they detail your car from the inside.
The whole process too 20 – 25 minutes. The cashier even offered me some cuban coffee while I waited. You really can’t beat the price. I was very happy with the car when it was done.
I’m definitely bringing my car here next time.

Affordable, clean and excellent service! We drive down from Davie once a month to get our cars detailed. Totally recommended, it is worth the drive.

If you go here be prepared for poor service and to wait a long time. I went for an oil change because it was empty… I asked the attendant how long an oil change would be he said 15 min. He didn’t have 5^th filter for a 2014 model and was lost while his friend smoked his cigarettes and he waited for the manager. After the attendant tried several times for 20 minutes to get his «manager» I asked who it was. I walked over there and got his attention… he was chatting with his friends. Omg it took an. Hour and a half to get the part and change the oil. Then the manager was rude when I tried to give him the cash and leave. He asked me if I thought I was special? 8 told him i had to leave he said he would call the cops if i didnt go inside and pay. I should have just driven off. Its hialeah after all the cops never show up. Once inside the bill was 15 more than I was told in the beginning. I was an hour late to work. And I was charged 50 $ for a simple oil change on a Chevy cruise. Buyer beware.

They wash cars well, and the prices aren’t bad, but the customer service is real bad sometimes, especially by the little old lady who works the cashier… Why is she there?! –_–

Why this place has no reviews is really puzzling because they have tons of customers and I’m a regular, since moving from homestead about a year ago I was always looking for a nice affordable car wash place and I’ve found this one and also was recommended by a good friend. I absolutely love this place it’s so affordable and they do an excellent job no doubt, I’ve even got my oil changed here and no problems up till now !
