Comprehensive Eyecare of South Florida

I’ve been coming to comprehensive eye care for over 6 years and never have had an issue with the Dr. s and their care, unfortunately I can’t say the same about their office manager and staff. I usually go for my yearly check up take my prescription and go to the local frame store and purchase my glasses. This year I decided to purchase them here and it was the worse decision I have made. Not only did they make my lenses wrong but when I complained the office manager said she would fix them as a «courtesy» as though she didn’t have to fix them in the first place. I sent the lenses back and I got call 3 days later. When I went back to pick up the frames, the office manager had an attitude and tried to rush me out. It was obvious she did not want to deal with me. I took my time and had my frames fitted only to find out the lenses were badly scratched and needed to be sent back to be REMADE a third time. This will definitely be my last year here.
