Exotic Car Express

So I called up
that does business as Atlas Rent A Car this evening at their toll free number listed as 888−396−8422. A man picked up which I believed was Ralph Mizrahi. He was kinda grumbly and rude when I asked if he had a Dodge Viper available for Oct 10, 2008. The next question he had for me is that you have to be over 25… I told him I was 25 and if that would work for him (all the major car rental companies rent to people 25 and over duh!). He said yea, that would fine.
Then Mr. Mizrahi told me the rate for the Viper: $ 1,000 /​day. Are you F’ing kidding me?! Viper rentals go for $ 500 a day for a late model one in the San Francisco Bay Area… one of the most expensive places to live. Then to tell me you don’t even have it for that day and you’d give me a Corvette Z06 for $ 1,000 /​day? You sir are retarded! Don’t you know you can rent a Corvete ZHZ from Hertz or a Mustang Shelby for $ 300?
shame on you for trying to rip people off by renting a car you don’t even carry from another agency and pawning it off to me!
The best part was when Mr. Ralph Mizrahi got all flustered since I turned the corvette down and that I was calling so late and accused me of just asking for a price and not wanting to really rent from him.
I can’t believe I even thought of mentioning of helping refer some business to him since my company shares some of the same clientele.
If you don’t want people calling you at night for business, then get an after hours voice answering service like real businesses do! Sounds like your business is struggling and I wonder why? Word of advice from a fellow business owner, treat every customer with some respect even if you think they’re young, stupid, and don’t have have any money… chances are they might have professional jobs that pay well and are willing to spend it if you treat them right. You never know if a potential customer like me will post a review online for the whole world to see your mistake.
In short, all I got to say is that I’ve rented from other exotic car companies before and this one ranks at the bottom of my list. They claim on their site «Exotic Car Express specializes in concierge level service for exotic car rentals throughout the United States and Europe.».,.I think not! I don’t recommend
DBA Atlas Rent A Car and hope I saved someone from being ripped off.
