Fast Speed Glass & Window Service

This is THE worst service operation I have dealt with (for the record I have owned 5 houses and done over $ 350k of work on the homes). They missed the first appointment to measure for the broken shower door. Once they had cut the new glass for a shower door, and installation appt was set. I waited on the appt date and time, and called them after no one showed. I was told the glass was still in their «factory» and wouldn’t be delivered for two days. Second time they couldn’t make it because they had cut it the wrong size (again, I had to call them, as I was waiting at the house during the arrival time). Third time they arrived at 10:30 for a 9:00am arrival. Do you think anyone would have apologized? Nope. Not the Scheduler, not the Installer, not the Owner. Amidst all the back and forth, this took 6 weeks from my first call into Fast Glass to the time the shower glass door was installed.
