Amazing crackers, but shitty customer service. My request was unusual, but they were very nice when I asked them to ship me a case of cracker. They accepted my request. They never shipped them and Juan Carlos did a fabulous job of dodging my repeated calls. Not even an excuse was offered.

This has to be by far the worst bakery in Hialeah. Filthy dirty and very unsanitary, there were roaches in the floor God only knows what their kitchen looks like, very rude staff who don’t even wear gloves while handling and preparing food. The bread is the worst Cuban bread ever and the pastries stale and cold. I asked for 2 «natural» orange juices and they taste rotten to the point my poor son had to spit it out after the first sip, when I went back to ask politely might I add to the owner to please give me my money back since he couldn’t fix the taste of the oj’s since it seemed that all his oranges had gone bad he rudely said no and to just never go there again and ask for their juice anymore. I couldn’t believe my ears what kind of unprofessionalism was this. I would never step foot in there again regardless the bad service but not only this but because cleanliness wise and the standard of food they offer. They really need to get a health inspector in there!!!

Love this place, they have everything a Cuban bakery would have from awesome Café con Leche to Guava pastries! The ham croquets are the best here. Fast Service and clean… breakfast only $ 3 :)

It is with a heavy heart that i write this review, for i love to boost about businesses in my neighborhood… with the economy and all you would expect to get better service now more than ever. on our way to the beach we stopped here(being the closest one) to pick up a few pastries and stuff… patiently waiting for my turn, when ignored completely by one of the employees i had to speak up loudly advising her that i was the next one… asked for 2 meat, 2 guava and 2 croquet es. noticed she picked up a very small paper bag and was trying to place these 6 items into this tiny bag. i asked her to please place them in a box when i received in a not very nice tone of voice… «i can get in trouble for using a box for just this order» I politely stated if you get in trouble tell manager that customer requested it… she was not happy and again mentioned she was not to do this for this tiny order and if i wanted anything else and once again made a comment of how tiny my order was… did not know of a rule that went into place regarding how much i need to buy!!! when she stated how much i owed her, i gave her the money, excepted change back needed, and instead of awaiting for cashier to give her my change so in turn she can give to me, she just ignored it and went onto the next customer. i had to advise cashier change was mine… there went any tip!!! after all this to only get to beach, open box and find very dried out pastries and ice cold croquetes… lousy service lousy food… shame on them next time i will take the time and drive a bit aways to get better service and food…

Love this place, they have everything a cuban bakery wood have, their fresh squeezed orange juice is great, the pastelitos de guayaba are awesome nice and flaky and warm inside, but the senoritas de chocolate are why I go here! A flaky layered pastry almost like an éclair with layers of think pastry crust and a crème. natilla filled center with chocolate ganache on top… :) yum it is huge and can be a bit messy but it is worth it.
