Established in 2012.

Opened October 19th, 2012 in the Publix Sabor (Hialeah Mercado) shopping center by the Westland Mall.

Not coming here again. The staff was so rude and had a horrible attitude, and when I showed the coupon on Unilocal they wouldn’t honor it.
So full with no where to sit.
Only 1 no sugar flavor. very limited flavors in general.
Only came because was close to BFs house. I’d rather travel the longer distance to go anywhere else but here.

I love this place. You can combine all flavors of the frozen yogurt and toppings of what you like, all you do is pay for the weight of your bowl.
Start off with either just a plain bowl or a bowl with a waffle and place your frozen yogurt. You can sample the ice cream before making the commitment, then move to the toppings bar where you have vast choices from fruit, nuts, pieces of cheesecake or even chocolate of your choice. Great for dates on a warm floriday day. Enjoy!

Stopped in with my 3 year old when we happened to be on this side of town. Was pleased to find 2 dairy free options as we are vegan and they are corn syrup free as a healthy bonus. The 2 girls that were working were also very friendly.

The yogurt is amazing nothing compared to the «competition» like yogurtlandias and the others. Great variety of flavor sand they’re constantly changing and a great number of toppings. What put the cherry on top in my visit was the customer service. I came in early and this young lady named angie was working alone. When I came in she was cleaning but was more than helpful and assisted me every step of the way and the checkout was a breeze. Very polite and educate lady. Wish every employee they had was like her. Total role model. Keep it up!

great yogurt but that’s about it. the service is terrible and the employees are extremely rude. also, not very clear on their coupon policy because apparently they don’t accept perfectly valid printed coupons. why are you putting coupons online if you are not going to accept it?

Overall: Delicious, tasty, and totally worth it! I can’t explain it, but walking into a menchies is like walking into a frozen yogurt heaven. You can even get some work out of the way with their wifi.
The Frozen Yogurt: With tons of flavors including some seasonal ones they definitely have a flavor for you. Then you can decide what to top your frozen yogurt with their huge selection of delicious toppings.

The employees are not to friendly. Bathroom not that clean. Tables are not very clean (sticky). The music choice is horrible. Great yogurt!!!

I must say, I love love love frozen yogurt! My boyfriend and I tried Menchie’s a couple of months back and can’t stop ourselves from going at least once a week.
We have tried different frozen yogurt places and by far, Menchie’s is a winner, the best, our favorite.
About this location specifically, they swap one or two flavors about once a month, the staff is helpful and we have never had an issue. It’s not usually packed so it is pretty easy to find a table to enjoy your treat!
Beware! The price can be high if going too often, we usually spend about $ 10 for two.

About a month or so ago, my family and I were almost daily visitors to this location. I mention this because every single, and I mean EVERY SINGLE time we entered not only were we greeted with the traditional Menchie’s welcome but the employee’s knew us and would always laugh along with us at our hi-​jinks. This is what makes it over the top!
The flavors are excellent. The toppings bar is always very clean. If I have just one suggestion is there needs to be more tables and chairs. I think there are less than 10 tables. That’s fine for a regular afternoon but not for those busy weekend nights. All in all GREAT!!! Keep up the good work kids!

Wow! Menchie’s is AMAZING!!! They just opened up and I decided to stop by today! Their yogurt is amazing, great toppings and really good service. They let you try the flavors and the place is impecable… I will be stopping by regularly. Ohh and they are offering 10% of their proceeds to hurricane Sandy victims, great people!
