Customer service at its best! Our tankless water heater broke a few days ago and I called up Steven to schedule a service appointment. He told me that if I disconnected the unit & brought it to him that I’d save the service fee of $ 120. He walked me through the entire disconnection process. Today, when I brought the water heater to him, he changed the flow switch in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! They now have a customer for life! Honest guys and fast, friendly service! Highly recommend!
