I come to this place to get my oil change done all the time. I am lucky enough that I usually go when no one else is there.
Today was the same. As soon as I pulled up they took my car back to work on it. (They were working on a van for some company and mine.) It took about 30 min, which is longer than I’m used to waiting cause they’re pretty fast. No biggie though, they have a tv in the lounge you can watch.
I paid and was out of there pretty fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff is really nice too.

I brought my car here because my air conditioning went out. It was close to closing, but I called first to see if they’d be willing to repair it so late. They said come on over. Jake was who I dealt with and who worked on my car. After about a half hour he came back and said they didn’t find a leak and refilled the freon. The AC went out again a few days later. I sought the opinion of two other mechanics who informed me that not only did they charge me double what it should have run me, but they spent half the time they should have checking for the leak. When I called to discuss the matter, Jake said he spent fifteen minutes checking for the leak, and complained about staying «an hour late» that day to assist me. I definitely wasn’t there an hour and in the first place I called before I came in to see if they’d be willing to take care of it. The other mechanics I saw said that thirty minutes MINIMUM should have been spent doing the diagnostics, ideally an hour. Lazy. If you didn’t have the time to repair my air conditioning, you should not have told me you did and then done half the job. He refused to give me any kind of a refund stating that he put freon in my car. Yeah, you did, AND IT ALL LEAKED OUT. There is no way am I bringing my car back to them. At first I didn’t think they were trying to rip me off, moreso they just did a hack job and didn’t spend the time they needed to spend on it. But after taking it elsewhere I found out my compressor had a FAST leak, they spent the same amount of time diagnosing it and said it was very plain to see and I indeed got ripped off. I guess they take no pride in their work and don’t care about customers returning. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, least of all a woman on her own.

Took great care of my car! Was able to get my inspection and oil change in one go and saved me a bunch of time. Really nice people, too. Being female, I always get talked down to at auto shops but these guys were very polite and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Will definitely be getting all my oil changes here!

I just accidentally pulled into this business is parking lot because I was trying to go to the bank of America next-​door. This area of Swisher is totally under construction and very hard for people to see where entrances and exits are
I parked in their lot and had to walk next-​door because they had blocked the parking lot access to the next business
An employee came out to challenge me as to why I was parking there of course he knows why I parked there it’s a mess the parking lots are all a mess the entries and exits are all a mess it’s a ridiculous way to treat anyone. Because of this I will never ever go in a quick car again for the rest of my life and I’m going to tell all my friends with this establishment has done
