The windshield looked great but that’s about it. I paid for «the works» and didn’t receive it. I am a potter and recently had my wheel in the back of my 4Runner. So there is white clay all over the inside. All of the clay is still there! The cup holders were still dirty and there was still clay on the back seats. I’m not happy nor will I be going back there. I have been getting my cars cleaned there since high school and it’s been gradually going down hill. I’m pretty sure this is rock bottom.

I drove all the way across town today, 4−22−14, to get my company car washed, only to find Auto Spa closed. It was a beautiful, sunny, Spring day. It rained all weekend and the pollen is falling, so I think that they missed a golden day to clean dirty cars.
Sadly, for them at least, I found a better carwash on Lenoir-​Rhyne Blvd, that does a thorough 100% hand washing. I probably won’t be coming here again.

Be prepared to wait. My car wash took over an hour. I had to point out several places they had missed. The car was clean after they finally finished.
