My fiancé and I bought my mother a spa package here for her birthday today. This was her first time visiting a spa so we knew we wanted it to be extra special and just perfect. Le Grand absolutely did not disappoint! The staff were extremely friendly, explained how the day would progress and told my mother all she needed to know about each service she was going to receive. In her words «they treated me like a queen!» Even the owners popped in to check on her and see if she needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience for my mom and she absolutely loved it! We would certainly recommend this place to anyone we know.

Went here for a wax recently. The salon is nicely decorated. Friendly receptionist. The lady performing the wax was very professional and did a great job. Very relaxing environment. I will definitely be going back!
