Problem with my sub zero fridge 20 years old. This company came on the same day I called. The repair man stayed in touch with me during the morning so that I would know when he was on his was to me. He solved the problem and worked neatly and very efficiently. I was completely happy with the service attitude and the actual work.

Let me preface with the story about a couple who’s television had a dim picture. The couple had a Samsung DLP Television. The lamp had gone out a week or two prior and the new lamp they ordered was showing dim picture. They called a service technician to come out and look at the television. I spoke with a technician from this company today and I don’t think you can trust these guys. For a television diagnosis, they recommended replacing the lamp – though they had already replaced it with a new lamp. The technician then claims that it’s a knock-off, generic lamp, but it was purchased from an authorized Philips distributor. The technician also says he’s not 100% sure that it’s the ballast, but recommends starting with the lamp. From all of my training, I know that it could very well be the ballast. The brand new lamp had a warranty, and the technician says it’s the lamp and insisted on ordering a new lamp from his supplier. Sounds fishy. He also claimed he was NESDA certified(National Electronics Service Dealers Association), and when I looked it up on the NESDA website, he totally wasn’t! Think twice about calling this guy for service.
