Pretty standard stuff. Had the lamb and chicken over rice with white sauce and hot sauce. Hot sause had good flavor and not too much heat. I would eat here again.

Really neat food cart on S. Broadway in Hicksville… the electronic sign on the top draws you to the spot! After a short wait asked for two Lamb Gyros with white and hot sauce on the side ($ 5 each). In no time the food was ready and off I went. The Gyro could have used more meat but overall the taste was great and really enjoyed it. The Pita was fantastic… tasty and stayed soft for an extended period without being compromised ! Next time I will say gimme me some more meat!!!

So I’m totally happy that I stopped by after I picked up my dry cleaning.
They brought NYC halal to Long Island and that’s it. It’s exactly what I wanted.
I got the combo over rice. They give you a little salad on the side with a drink for $ 7. At Queens College where I used to study, it was only $ 6, but I’m glad it has that same taste.
Of course you can get White sauce, and Hot sauce or leave it off. But who doesn’t get it? Let’s be real.
The guy on the cart was friendly and gave me a lot of meat and sauce. Worth the price. Coming here every time I get my dry cleaning.
Warning: do not consume every day. It’s tempting, but you’re gonna want to burn it off.

Excellent food at a low price. $ 7 will get you chicken or lamb over rice with salad and a beverage. Food is delicious and definitely better than the average halal cart. Worth a visit for lunch especially if you are on a budget.
