Established in 2008.
We purchased this existing campground in September, 2008. Since then we have updated the sites, built out the clubhouse and meeting room, purchased new washers/dryers for the laundry, installed an in-ground pool and added to the outdoor games and playground.

Phil is a semi-retired general contractor from the Chicago area, specializing in apartment complex remodels and building strip malls. He is experienced in all fields of construction, all of which comes in handy in the campground.
