Old school Karate. Great for all ages. Kids learn that hard work pays off. Shihan John Gaddy is outstanding. It is not about paying for belts, but actually earning them. My 8 year old has learned a lot and enjoys the classes.

THE VERY BEST instruction and engagement. A student of John’s, I can say his attention combined with the traditional spirit of his classes are perfect for any type of person. His knowledge and skill level are unmatched. He is still the most explosive athlete I can remember ever having witnessed. Dedication will take you a long way here and you can enjoy class-​time where a familiar atmosphere is encouraged. If you intend to compete, Gaddy has led countless students to medals in all experience levels and age groups. You will cultivate the confidence to win. A great influence on me and I appreciate all I have ever learned from them.
