Jake’s Auto Body and Towing

My daughter had the front bumper replaced and painted at Jake’s. She picked it up after they were closed and saw the color they painted it was «off». She brought it back and spoke to the owner and he agreed that the one side was not the same as the other and should be redone. She brought it in on the appointed day and received a call from the secretary saying the car was several different colors and they would put the damaged bumper back on. They would not be able to «match» the color which is a standard Nissan metallic silver. Nothing was said about the actual problem of the bumper color not being balanced. One side has metallic flecks and the other is dull. Very disappointed in a shop which is supposed to be so great!

Jake is the best. When we got in an accident my husband and I immediately said «we’re getting it towed to Jakes» 90 miles. We both have known him to be kind, honest, committed to keeping the price as low as he can, and very good at restoring cars to their former glory. Thank You Jake for everything.

You don’t want to need them, but if you do, Jake’s rocks. They do first class work, are professional and go above and beyond. My car came back not only fixed, but cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend them.
