This will the he 3rd time we’ve ordered takeout and they’ve gotten it wrong all 3 times. It’s not practical to go all the way back to have them fix. Just be sure you inspect your to-go order before you leave. It’s very frustrating.

Under new ownership. One of my favorite places to go, but not anymore. Went there about a week ago for the first time under the new ownership and nothing was handled properly. Got tired of trying to get my order correct and finally just ate what was brought in order to get out of there. The chicken wings were tough and totally tasteless, I am not sure what I ordered for the main course but it was not good. I hate to see such a good place go down hill so quickly.

Very upset! Entered the restaurant at 6:45pm, waited at least 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order, then waited another 40 minutes and the food is still not on our table!!! this is ridiculous!!!

I have gone to this location several times to pick up food for my daughter when she works her 24 hour shift at the Fire Department. The first time I had no real problem except for the girl at the register getting an attitude when I asked for extra ranch. I do not care if it costs extra, if I want it I want it. Today I went to pick up an order I had called in. When I placed the order a snarky waitress named Sandy took my order. She asked for my last name. I told her and I spelled it. People usually confirm as it is hard to hear on cell phones at times she responded by saying«I would’ve never guessed that». It was my impulse to ask what that was supposed to mean. She didn’t respond. If my daughter had not wanted wings and it was the only ECW between my house and Midway, you would NOT have gotten my $ today. If I wanted a snarky, smart-alec waitress I could think of better places to go. I will definitely share my experience at my own fire department a make sure we don’t order anything from here again. Can you spell heifer???

We just stood waiting on a table for 5 min. Waitress in plan sight having a conversation. She passed out food to the table we were standing by. Had better service in the past. Won’t be giving them my money for a while.

Chips were greasy. Ordered no tomatoes on wrap. Came with tomatoes. Floors are slippery with grease.

Ordered a fajita and a side salad, they brought only side salad not like the one i ordered and sis not bring the fajita! She server didn’t know how to take an order and sat for 15 minutes before anyone came, in non peak hour, there were two tables there occupied. So it’s obvious why this is my verdict. She didn’t even offer me something complementary when i said I was unhappy. Just left me.

This east coast wings is MUCH than the other one down the street from this one. It’s worth the extra drive if you want to eat here. The other location is small and every table and chair is filled at any time of the day. And the staff act as if they hate to see customers open the door to come. This location is great with great staff and a lot tables and room to move around.

Mmmm wings! East Coast Wings does it well. They have tons of choices for custom flavors, as well as a wide variety of non-chicken wing variety. I personally love the Chesapeake dry rub on boneless wings. It’s complex and delicious! When I’m not feeling like making a mess and utilizing napkins and wet-naps, I go for the Buffalito Bowl-Chester’s Style. It’s a fajita bowl with steak, chicken and shrimp, mixed with black beans, rice, and lightly coated in buffalo sauce. One more plus to this dish is that it’s on the light menu(designated by a heart). Although the food is typically consistent, their customer service. If you have read any of my reviews, you know that I hold this very highly. I have been to this location many times and have not been greeted at the hostess station for a few minutes, and then no apologies given. As well as having spotty service after being seated. The lack of customer service is not bad enough to keep me from being a patron, but it does frustrate me. Just be welcoming and attentive. It isn’t too terribly difficult! That being said, I will be back. It’s affordable and delicious. They also have good specials throughout the week.

Huge menu lots to choose from and everything looked good. I got the mango hobenaro wings, order them as hot as they could make them. After a warning from the waitress who was friendly enough by the way and about 10 minutes my wings arrived. They were no hotter than a run of the mill hot sauce you buy at the local supermarket and the mango as super sweet but they were good just not as spicy as was lead to believe. The soup was awsome and my 2 aunt’s loved their food too. Will most likely return

Great place to go with friends. Wing prices are on par with the competition yet the flavors here really set this place apart. They have the insanity wing challenge which is by far the most unique and hottest wing out there. I definitely recommend giving this place a try with a group of friends!

I don’t always eat in High Point, but when I do I prefer East Coast Wings. I make it down to High Point a couple times a year, I went to good olé’ HPU. There are a few places I have to visit while in NC, Bojangles, Cook-Out and of course East Coast Wings. This is by far the best wing/chicken place in the area. They have a million different sauces for their wings and they are excellent. I usually get the same thing, buffalo chicken sandwich, hot with bleu cheese(sorry southerners I can’t stand ranch, it’s gross). They will gladly give you dipping sauce for your fries without charge which for me is awesome. The honey mustard is delicious. The fries are great I believe they put something similar to Old Bay on them. Everything here is pretty good and the wing sauces are all flavorful and darn good. If you’re in the Furniture Capitol of the world check out East Coast Wings. They now have a bar and wait staff which they didn’t used to have and now they even have franchises which is good for when I travel to Raleigh for work. Definitely give this place a try, solid! Better than a buffalo wild wings any day!

This place used to be great. I don’t know if there is new management or what. Food is ok. Our main issue is our order is never correct. Pretty horrible service.

Try the chicken fingers grilled! Very good. Just step up the heat since you don’t have the breading. Enjoy!

East Coast Wings is the second best wing joint in town. They offer a pleasant, lively environment, friendly staff, and good food, In particular, the beer battered chicken sandwich is superb. They should rename the place«East Coast Chicken Sandwich» its so good. The onion rings are also better than average. But I digress, lets talk about the restaurant’s name sake dish, chicken wings. These wings are very good and have multiple ranges of hotness for those of you that are wimps and for those of you that aren’t happy unless your tongue is in fire. They also have 20 or so specialty flavors(honey BBQ, Garlic parmesan, caribbean, etc.) for those of you who prefer a little variety in your wing eating experience. The wings are«naked» meaning they aren’t breaded like some places serve. In summary, I like this place, Its the place I go when the people I am with would be offended by my favorite wing shop«Hooters». It looses a star for not being my favorite in this genre, and it loses a second star for the prices that are a little on the steep side.(a 15 piece order of Kentucky Bourbon wings, order of Onion rings, and a glass of water came in at $ 18.) Other than that, I think you will enjoy this place.
