This is the most state of the art Cosmetology school I have ever entered! My experience was wonderful from the time I entered the building until the time I left! They have very professional teachers and the students are very well trained as well as monitored. I would recommend this school to anyone, they use all professional products and were extremely knowledgeable in their field of practice! I really enjoyed visiting and I will recommend this school to all of my friends and family! Very happy customer!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Bought a Groupon for mani/pedi…it’s obviously not the focus of the school. The woman who was assigned to me to do my toes starts off by asking if I wanted them painted… the obvious answer is yes. Of course. She proceeds to explain to me that she isn’t good at painting. The kits that they’re given to do the mani/​pedi are trash. Disposable nail file, no clippers, no cuticle trimmers, crappy and old nail polish. The foot bath used is a Con Air at home one… the whole time you have to prop your foot up on her knee… and she has zero clue what she was doing. I left before she could even start the manicure. I got a refund from Groupon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Came here last saturday 10÷25÷14 as part of a BRIDAL PARTY coming in WITH AN APPOINTMENT to get a mani and pedi a DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING.
The bride wanted to do something nice for us bridesmaids, as well as get her own nails done FOR HER WEDDING. She bought a Groupon for this place and made this appointment months ago.
So we show up for our appointment time at 2:30pm, and there are THREE useless receptionists sitting there and one of them informs us that as of right now, MAYBE only ONE of us can be worked on, and if we get lucky that MAYBE the other three of us can be worked on eventually! And all that depends on IF the students finish and clean up everything in time to start with enough time to be done by closing time at 5. Apparently even if they started us 30 minutes later than the time THE APPOINTMENT was for, they have to allow 2 hours for their students to do the service, so the latest they could start would be 3 so they could close at 5.
All they offered was this PATHETIC explanation and nothing more while we all stared at them dumbfounded. The bride was totally shocked, so as Maid of Honor I stepped in because my blood was starting to boil at this totally unacceptable way they were «handling» the situation.
I asked «Sooooooo we had an appointment… does that mean nothing?” — ²⁄₃ of the receptionists sort of shrugged while the 3^rd one just sat there the whole time, offering nothing to say. They «explained» that students didn’t show up today so they are low staffed. We were all shocked that not 1 of the 3 receptionists thought it was maybe a good idea to FREAKING CALL AND LET THE BRIDE KNOW THAT THE STUDENTS DID NOT SHOW UP TO PERFORM THE SERVICE! When I downright asked «Why did no one call us earlier to tell us this?!» they didn’t have an answer. All they could pathetically say was that sometimes students show up late to make up hours…
HEY GUESS WHAT? YOU STILL COULD HAVE CALLED AND MENTIONED THAT AT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY WHEN THE STUDENTS DIDN’T SHOW UP!!! OR YA KNOW, MAYBE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE APPT SO WE AT LEAST WOULDN’T HAVE DRIVEN ALL THE WAY OUT TO FREAKING HIGH POINT FOR NOTHING!!! Not calling at all is totally unacceptable!!!
Then to top it off, one of the uneducated receptionists made the incredibly inept analogy that «it’s just like when students don’t show up to college classes… like at Duke or something»… UM NO HONEY… When a student at college skips class, they are only hurting themselves… YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS!!! YOU HAVE PAYING CLIENTS!!! *** THAT IS NOT THE SAME THING!!! DO NOT COMPARE IT**** Clearly this poorly run establishment forgot what «appointment» means and could care less about the paying customers that dare come to them.
NO ONE APOLOGIZED AT ALL. It was very clear that no one cared about effing up. This is for a bridal party for chrissake! The bride said when she made the appointment AND when she called to confirm it, NO ONE EVER mentioned that there was a chance your appointment could get screwed over by students just not showing up. MAYBE YOU SHOULD WARN PEOPLE YA THINK? But I know why they don’t be up front about this… because NO ONE WOULD COME TO YOUR «BUSINESS» IF THEY KNEW THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE WAS RUN! And why have three receptionists up front? No need for that, especially when one just stands there like a dope the whole time. I’ve worked in the salon /​spa industry before as both a receptionist and a service provider. I went to a massage school where we had paying clients come in for student services. NOWHERE WOULD EVER FIND THESE PRACTICES OKAY TO DO TO PEOPLE! I have never ever encountered such ridiculousness in my life and nowhere I have ever worked would find this acceptable. How about you get the students who are there to stay late so they can honor the «appointment» you set up and just give them those extra hours towards their curriculum? Or maybe one of the teachers could have perform the service. NOTHING WAS OFFERED TO FIX THIS. I shouldn’t be trying to think of solutions– that is YOUR job!
We ended up going to K-​mart to get supplies to do our own nails. Thanks.

I have a relative attending this beauty school so I stop in for a wash or quick style. All of the services are performed by students, so you may want to be careful about getting permanent procedures done.
The check-​in process is somewhat slow, but the experience is very salon-​like. They use exclusive products, and there is never a wait for sinks or dryers.
The décor is modern, and sleek. I would definitely recommend, and the students need us!
