Consistently poor customer service from this branch location, this company could care less about the satisfaction of its customers as evident by a recent policy change regarding the handling of merchant authorizations done in error, even with a faxed document to the bank from the merchant explaining their error along with the authorizations to be corrected the bank still refuses to remove them as their policy is to no longer correct these errors and just allow an extended hold to remain on the funds. I have done business with this bank for 21 years and bad policy results in dissatisfied customers that take their business elsewhere. I would not recommend doing business here.
