History
Established in 2007.
Serilo Huerta started Tacos Express during the summer of 2007. Before establishing Tacos Express he worked as the head chef of DaVinci’s. Here he learned about cooking Italian food but his real passion was Mexican food. He wanted to share with the world good authentic Mexican food. His wife Blanca was instrumental in helping him develop the recipes and would continue to be his business partner. Together they worked hard to build a business which provides people with friendly service as well as delicious food. They continue to strive to provide their guest with the best food and service.

Serilo started this business in 2004. He had dreamed for many years about opening his own restaurant but could not have imagined that it would actually happen. With the help of his wife Blanca they opened Taco’s Express and Deli LLC. Serilo prides himself in knowing that the food’s made at Taco’s Express have high quality ingredients and that they are satisfying. He loves to make his guests feel welcomed and at home in his restaurant. Although Taco’s Express has a very casual atmosphere this helps enhance the experience that you are enjoying a meal at a friends home. Serilo’s children can be seen working with him along with his wife. Serilo’s overall goal is to provide his guest will great food.
