History

Established in 1946.

A-​A Checker was started at end of World War II by AJ Provenzano of Highland Park. and grew over time, serving Middlesex County. In the 1970’s we became an association and launched the name A-​A Checker Cab. Serving the towns of Edison, Edison Train Station, Highland Park, New Brunswick, East Brunswick, Piscataway, South Plainfield, Metuchen and surrounding towns. We grew from 2 cabs to 15 over this period. Establishing a long and loyal following.

Jamie has been with the company nearly 30 yrs. He handles office issue and Dispatches as well. He is organized, dependable and trust worthy. He was a former Cab Owner but decided he could help the business inside better. He is a Rutgers grad and loves sports and animals. He loves sports and is an animal lover.
