Fire & Flood was exceedingly attentive to our sewer back up problem. David was very professional and kept us advised as to his arrival and how quickly his team could do the job. We were very pleased with the prompt attention given to remove the water, discard contaminated items, treat the area for bacteria and dry out the area.
We had such problems with a plumber that it was great not to stress over the water and bacteria. David let us know he cared about our health and safety as well as that of the technicians. We got up-​front pricing and fast service just as he promised.

You never want something to go wrong in your house, but when it does I’m glad I found a company that’s great to work with. David and his team are so helpful. We had water damage in our bedroom and they fixed it in a timely manner and then even repainted the bedroom a different color for a low price. It looks great! And then last week our pipes backed up and David was there that day to help clean up the sewage that had backed up into our basement. Hopefully you won’t need him, but if you do, this is the company to call.

David and his team were awesome. When my sump pump failed and my basement flooded, his crew was over within the hour. He made sure that my basement was repaired within two weeks and handled the insurance claim on my behalf. My daughters can now play in the basement again, Thank you!

Do not use Fire & Flood Restoration Specialists. They are exceedingly unprofessional and unresponsive. I contacted Fire & Flood to estimate some repairs on my condo.
Fire & Flood came out and spent hours calculating an estimate on my unit. I had to take off work to accomodate their team for many hours. A few days later they contacted me and asked if they could come out again to review the work I was requesting. Again I took off work to accomodate a different crew which came out and examined my unit.
They insisted they would have an estimate to me within a few days but never provided it. When I contacted them to get the estimate the owner David gave some lame excuse that his computer was in the shop and that he would get it to me the following week once he got it back.
The next week? No estimate… I have put in repeated calls requesting the estimate but none are returned.
As a consultant that bills by the hour I lost 2 full days of work because of these clowns and have nothing to show for it.
If I cant even get an estimate delivered I’d hate to see whats its like to deal with them on a project as they are exceedingly unresponsive and have questionable work ethics. I feel like I dodged a bullet with this one. My recommendation would be to find another more established and professional contracting company for your repairs.
