Mind and Body Connected

Amazingly, Mind and Body Connected has been life changing for my adolescent daughter, who has struggled for years with anxiety, stress, and depression. After taking a 12 week program her life has been positively impacted with healthy techniques that an amazing therapist, Debbie Ellis LCSW, CPT. Debbie has introduced the connection between physical exercise, and emotional wellness with a dynamic focus on healthy coping skills and wellness techniques to expose, identify, manage and overcome many years of challenges (for my daughter). Mind and Body Connected was opened mid 2012 and has many different types of classes, groups and individual therapy options based upon the needs of individuals. My daughter has accomplished more within several months at Mind and Body Connected than she has accomplished within the past four years of therapy. Also, Debbie Ellis specializes in an innovative therapeutic approach called EMDR Therapy which has catapulted my daughter into a clearer, balanced, healthy and happier life.
