STAY AWAY!
They tell you one thing, have you wait months for your merchandise and then tell you something else when the transaction is completed.
I read the reviews before I went in, so It was buyer beware, but I did want to give a local business a second chance.
Don’t bother — you will not be happy.

Here is the thing about the Jeweled Elephant — a family owned and operated business, most repairs done on the spot (where else can you find that?) and yes, promise dates are more of a hope than a reality.
This place always has a line so be prepared to wait a bit. But I don’t know of any other place that will do minor repairs on jewelry while you wait. I love that. More complicated repairs you do have to leave your items and often they aren’t done by the promised date but the prices are great and sometimes you just have to go with the flow.
I use them all the time for all my jewelry repairs and will continue to do so! (The also do appraisals for your insurance needs.)
