History

Established in 1997.

Prior to opening in Highland Park, instructors taught at the Pilates Studio in Evanston — the only Pilates studio at the time. Our north shore clientele

came with us and are still with us today. It“s a life-​long study enhancing

the quality of ones life through physical and mental conditioning.

The Pilates Center of the Northshore has been my new favorite alternative to going to the gym. I feel much more comfortable here, and get a much better core workout than I imagined. Coming in for a mat class is inexpensive and convenient, and when I really want to push myself I can sign up for private lessons. They have men and women instructors. I’ve been going here for a few years and now its just become a routine– if you want a good workout with guidance from experienced professionals, check it out.
