This isn’t my usual location but I needed some mailing tape and I was in the area so I stopped in. Found the tape easily at a reasonable price. The wait however, 11:00 am, on a Saturday morning was inordinately long. On the upside the two people checking out were both super friendly.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy that I have been too. The pharmacists are so nasty to you when you have a concern about a medication that you are taking. In addition, they have even made mistakes with my medicine. One time when the doctor requested I take a specific antibiotic for a sinus infection, the pharmacists gave me a blood pressure medicine instead! I know, I probably should I have looked at the label first, but how can you mess that prescription up? It was almost like they didn’t even read the doctors request and randomly gave me some medicine in a bag. My advice for anyone like me who needs to take meds for allergies etc. go to CVS pharmacy like I did. You will thank me someday for sparing you the Walgreens drama!!!

I’m not a big fan of Walgreens. The pharmacists won’t compound medicine, and they recently put the nearest independent who did compound out of business. It’s a typical super chain drug store with convenient hours, and a convenient location. Watch what you purchase from the pharmacy, especially if Sandy Snyder isn’t on duty. The other pharmacists and technicians make mistakes, and aren’t very good at fixing them. Waits become interminable at peak hours, and prescriptions may not be waiting or complete when you arrive. Always phone first to avoid wasting your time.
