We specialize in latex and mylar balloons. We are a balloon specialty shop located in Central Virginia. We create custom balloon décor with simple to extravagant themes. We service and deliver in Richmond and all surrounding counties. We also service the Tidewater area from Williamsburg to Norfolk and Northern Virginia area (DMV). Balloons and Things can work within anyone’s budget to make their event the greatest experience it can be.

History

Established in 1998.

Balloons and Things started off as a home-​based business creating and delivering customized gift baskets and baby gifts. At that time we were called Jolley Times Designs. We branched out into a semi-​retail location in 2008 inside of The Great Big Flea Market located at 3302 Williamsburg Road, where we were open on the weekends only. In 2009, we had the opportunity to move into our own retail location accessible seven days a week in front of the flea market with our own entrance. Since then, we have successful created a clientele base that is very loyal and supportive to our success as a company. We are very supportive of our customers by working closely with them; staying with their budgets and strive to keep our prices low. Thank you all our customers old, new and to come!
