Working with Jason and the entire team at Open Potion was an enormously positive experience for our company. The team went over and above what we expected every step of the way in advising, collaborating, and creating a fantastic website for our brand new property management business. They completely understood that to us, our website was very personal; it was how we wanted to present ourselves to the ‘world’ and so every detail mattered to us. Jason and his team are experts in their field. It is great to work with a company that has an understanding of the property management industry. I found I had to educate a lot of other «marketing» companies about the difference between marketing for tenants and for owners. Jason is already a pro in this area. This saved us a lot of time and money.
Most property management companies would be much better off just handing it over and doing as their told by the door grow experts. You can be the expert on managing rental properties. Let them be the experts on growing your doors!
