The mission of the HVCA is to enhance the cultural life of the region through programs that enrich and entertain, through arts education and through the promotion of artists. HVCA is a preeminent arts and cultural center in southeast Michigan, a center which improves and supports all aspects of the artistic life experience for all individuals.
History
Established in 1995.
Our activities span all artistic and cultural dimensions, including music, performing arts, visual arts, film, story-telling, and poetry.
Meet the Manager
Erin S.
Manager
Erin Sabo comes to HVCA from an arts administration background particularly in theatre. The former Managing Director of Performance Network Theatre and Assistant General Manager of MCC Theater, Sabo has a Masters of Fine Arts in Producing from California Institute of the Arts and a B.A. from Albion College. She also has an extensive background in Marketing and Public Relations.
