I took my SUV here to get an oil change and an alignment. I also requested them to put nitrogen in my tires. I waited for my car at the dealership and the time I waited was reasonable. However, my service advisor came in and told me that the tech working on the car «kinda» put nitrogen in one tire, but «it broke or something I guess» so they didn’t charge me. They gave me back my SUV with only one tire touched. They didn’t bother putting air in the others. I took my SUV home, and because I was suspicious, I looked under the hood and found that they didn’t even top off my fluids. Did they even do an oil change? We gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were just in a rush.
I took my husband’s Titan in the next day for an oil change and that experience was even more disastrous. After over an hour, we see his Titan parked outside; still no service advisor. After 20 more minutes, all of the techs start coming into the showroom and suddenly we see our service advisor and he tells us that the truck is almost done and we’ll be on our way in about 15 minutes. We point out that the truck was already outside. He looked surprised and told us that he’d get the paperwork together and would be back.
As it turns out, the owners gathered almost all of the employees into the showroom to have a meeting about customer service, when they had customers waiting for their cars, being lied to about the status, and were being forced to wait longer because the owners couldn’t conduct this meeting prior to opening their doors.
After 25 more minutes, we went into the service bay to find the service manager, telling us that he lost our keys, then that there was warranty work that needed to be done and was done and billed without consulting my husband before doing it. WTH? They also didn’t fill up my husband’s tires with air, nor did they turn off his dash sensor lights. The service manager was left to fill his tires and turn off the lights because we brought it to his attention. Again begging the question, did they actually do the oil change?
RIDICULOUS!!! Never again will we be back!

made my appt. online! The staff was ready when I drove in, and familiar with what I came for. Very quick service and great coffee! Also, my service was over $ 201 so I got a $ 25 coupon discount. What’s not to like about THAT?

My husband and I were very pleased with our salesman Matt. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and was able to answer our questions in detail giving us a full explanation of the many features. We appreciated the lack of pressure and the extra time it took to discuss in detail the many options to purchase vs. lease.

Brad Green is a positive and energetic salesman. He kept in mind how long my lease payments were to continue and when the opportunity came up to be able to lease another Nissan Murano at an even better price without having to wait until the end of my lease contract, he contacted me. I wouldn’t have been able to trade in my car early if it hadn’t been for the promotion that was offered. He never made me feel like I was bothersome, even when I had many questions. He made the experience of trading in my old Murano for a new one quick and easy. We have already referred a friend to the dealership to purchase a car from Brad, and she did. I know that we will continue to do business with Brad for both personal cars as well as for my husband’s business.

Less then great experience but in the end, it worked out. Upon first getting the pricing, nothing was written down by them execept my notes I wrote. When I came back the next day to order, we had a minor issue. In the end, they honored the price, but it would have been more professional if it was quoted to me on paper. Also, I had a part they through in as part of the deal that was to be ordered. After 6 calls and 4 months, I finally go it, again, less then stellar follow up on their part on a minor part that in the end, left a bad taste in my mouth overall.

Pleasant car buying experience. I had visited a few dealerships in the area, and this one is bar none the best in service. Staff was friendly. Price negotiation got a little intense and aggravating, as expected, but there wasn’t any pressure from the salesmen. Just an advice, do your homework and go in there prepared. Be firm with your offer, and walk away if it’s not accepted. If it’s truly a fair offer, the salespeople will call you to come back. After all, they want and need to sell cars, and in this economy, you have the advantage. If they don’t call, then you know your offer was too low and might want to propose a new offer, if the car is worth it.
