Business Owner

A veteran of the industry, Andrew earned his bachelors degree from RIT, achieving Magna Cum Laude, with a double major in Poverty and the Value of a Dollar. Always mindful of the bottom line, he’s worked diligently since then helping the region’s top employers meet their benefit goals on budget.

Andrew represented NY’s oldest insurer for over a decade before forming Policy by Design. Adept in actuarial and funding methodologies, he provides strategy and support for clients facing ever increasing insurance costs.

With intent focus on service and invariably thinking outside of the box, Andrew is finding new and clever solutions for employers weary of the status quo.

His personal efforts imbue a vital character and honesty to the field.
