Business Owner

Born and raised in Centralia IL, Joined the USAF in 1972 worked on aircraft, met my wife at «Payday» candy bar factory and we married and had three children. Worked most of my career at two oil refineries Chicago, and Wood River IL. Worked in QA lab as tester, oil operator, operations supervisor, refinery environmental supervisor, and refinery operations scheduler/​planner. Developed real estate subdivisions (roads, utilities, water, lake), built homes, renovated older homes, and operated home repair business after retiring from oil business in 2009. I started my home inspection business in 2014. It has been very rewarding helping young people understand how their new home will operate and possible problems to watch out for. I do appreciate kind words from customers as much if not more than monetary reward of home inspection and radon testing. It’s not all about the money. I like to help people.
