So far I like this place. The package price was good and I can use any bed and spray tan. I really like the hours too. 8am to 10pm m– sat and 8 – 8 on Sunday.

Staff is friendly. Always a greeting and always a goodbye by name. Kelly, Brett and store manager Jaylyn Highlands Ranch CO r Top shelf, 5 star A #1 & real professional… seriously!!! Jaylyn found 2 bottles of my preferred «hypoallergenic lotion”@ another store location & transferred it to her store just for me. I am all about genuine service & she epitomizes it! Thank you Highlands Ranch location for giving me something to look forward to and above all get a great tan!

I have read some of the other reviews. And these people are crazy! I love at the beach! The girls there are personable and funny!!! The DM is in all the the time to give great advice… The customer service is amazing the girls joke laugh and smile!!! I switch from the palms tanning resort cause of the service!!! And the multitude of locations in the area but this one is my home when I am on the GTL tip!!! Love it!

In the past I had a very bad experience with ATB when moving out of the area, I had a year long membership, and the customer service was extremely rude and not helpful at all! I moved back to the area and used a coupon that said «30 tans for $ 20», after signing up the gentlemen working showed me that I was singing up a month to month contract (his computer screen wasn’t working so I couldn’t see what it said until after) and when I questioned the fact that it was month to month and not just 30 tans, he had no idea, and told me to call customer care… I didn’t want to deal with customer care, but when I did call I find out its 30 tans in a month (and you have to use them in a month) for $ 20…who is going to use 30 tans in a month… that’s BULL!!! I will not be going back!

Why oh why didn’t I listen to the hundreds of people who say ATB sucks? Because I had a coupon. For a $ 9 spray tan. What could go wrong? Well, apparently the fact that though I have a permanent address here, I temporarily reside in NY. That disqualified me (and if that didn’t, I’m sure there was a long list of other disqualifications). So instead they tried to sell me packages of tans, and I ended up having to pay $ 35 for one session. I’m convinced they don’t put enough product in the machine so you have to come back more to build a spray tan (something you shouldn’t have to «build.») Stay away.

The «manager» has no idea how to be a good ‘sales person’ I knew what I wanted and she basically tried to talk me into a different package to the point where I just left. She constantly says beds are broken to one of my female roomates who pays to have that bed, and as soon as my male roomate comes in she gives him everything for free! a total joke.

never, EVER sign up at ‘At the Beach’ tanning. they lie, trick you into signing new contracts, cheat you out of money (because the beds don’t work at LEAST half of the time), and their customer service is pointless, because no matter what the issue, they don’t help you. WORST company experience i’ve EVER had. i should have listened to my friends when they said they had a horrendous experience too.
