Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center/South

I stay in Fairfield quite often in other places. This is s poor example.
Rust in the bottom of my bathtub. Shower head was old and had mold on it. No eggs on the breakfast bar. Breakfast room is too small to be comfortable.
I really recommend looking elsewhere, especially for the price.

These guys are amazing. I am an overnight worker who lives in Colorado Springs, and works in Denver. Every morning following my overnight, I check in and stay between 7AM-6:30 PM. The service is beyond wonderful. Everyone asks how I’ve been, and I’ve grown to know the staff well. Breakfast is wonderful and Demetrius (spelling?) is beyond warm and friendly. They know how I like my room from the feather pillow request, to the rooms that have a continuous running fan. I recently forgot my toothbrush (sleep deprivation happens!) and they have extra toiletries on supply. One week, I was on for six overnights in a row, and they happily provided me with a razor and shave gel. They even asked if there was anything additional they could get for me. I am also diabetic and they keep the juice machine on for me incase I have a hypoglycemic attack. After I wake up from a wonderful rest, I check out and am greeted (most of the time) by a tray of chocolate cookies that are warm from the oven. Such a treat! They also have fresh brewed coffee to get me kick started for the night of endless critical emergencies at my work. I cannot thank their staff enough for everything they do! I highly recommend them, and not just because I have come to know them well, but because they TRULY care.

I checked in after dinner and was given keys to my king suite. I was shocked upon entering the room to find that the room was already in use by another party and several suitcases were placed about the room. I was quite surprised that the Marriott would allow another party to access the room already in use by another party. This could have been extremely embarrassing for me and the other guests and makes me question the security of this hotel.
I promptly let the desk attendant know of the situation. It took him about half an hour to resolve this and all the time promised me additional Marriott points for my trouble.
Upon checkout, the morning desk attendant also apologized and added a comment that she would make sure I received points for my trouble.
Needless to say, the points were never credited to my account. I left a voice mail with the manager (Nick) about this situation along with my contact information. Nick didn’t credit the points or even make the courtesy of returning my call. It seems that these were just false promises to appease me while I was on the property, although I was more than nice about the situation.
All in all, I was quite displeased with my experience. I expect more from Marriott properties and would not recommend this hotel.

I travel a great deal for work and this place is in my top ten. I normally give bad reviews, but this hotel and review is an exception. I asked for extra towels and a non feathered room. Both of these requests were done for me. I was also given a suite which was clean and was more than I expected. The location is busy with a repair shop next door, but it’s right off the highway next to some great places to eat and drink. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. The room is equipped with free and paid wireless internet and it’s easy to get set up. There is a small refrigerator and microwave for convenience in addition to a small coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer on site which is $ 2.50 for one load washed and dried.

Good location. Near lots of restaurants and main roads.

Well placed right by 25 and large shopping centers, rooms are always clean and responsibly cheap.
