I drive from downtown to bring my 2002 4Runner to Highlands Ranch Imports, and won’t ever consider going any where else. John & Chad are straightforward & honest… you know they are giving you the best price they can while keeping you safe on the road. And when I’m finally ready to get a new car, I will be sure to ask their advice first.

If you are in need of an honest, good mechanic this is the place. We just moved to Colorado and needed work done on our Honda Ridgeline and our Nissan Xterra. These guys did a better job on our car than I would have expected from the dealer, and at a much more reasonable price. Where we are from, we really struggled to find a good mechanic so we are sooo happy to have found this place!

I recently took my wife’s 2007 BMW X5 and my 2004 Acura TSX to John and crew. After spending a few years getting my BMW serviced at the Schomp dealership, I developed fairly high expectations for service. After my first service this month, I’m confident that I will probably not be returning to the dealer for any service that these guys can perform. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service at reasonable prices. I find this combination very hard to find in the Denver metro area and have been looking since I moved here back in 1990!

I’ve been using HRI since they opened years ago to service my Mercedes E500. The key word to describe them is HONEST! They have never, ever tried to sell me a repair or service I didn’t need. In fact, they’ve noted things that could be done with the caveat that they can wait if I so choose. Unheard of, in a positive sense, in the car repair/​service business! I’ve referred many of my friends and neighbors to them and will continue to do so. As for John, the owner, the best way to describe him is that he is the Jim Cramer of Mercedes. Come in, describe a problem, and he immediately knows what the issue is and how to fix it. Their estimates always hold true, the work is done right, and the car is ready when they promise it. What more can you ask for?

FINALLY! I found an outstanding auto repair shop after a 15 year search!!! The owner, John, is VERY honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I cannot say enough great things about Highlands Ranch Imports. I am an ULTRA picky person and they have won my business. The search is over.

These guys were great!!! Can’t say enough good things about John, the owner. After Toyota told me the part I needed wasn’t available, I took my 2006 Rav4 to Highlands Ranch Imports. Not only did the guys fix my car in less than estimated, they did it significantly cheaper and much more professionally than the Toyota dealership.
They have earned a customer for life in my wife and I. We will continue to bring our Toyotas to John and Highlands Ranch Imports. Absolutely worth a try!

My boyfriend recently had his 2009 Subaru WRX serviced here. He was having problems with his clutch and they repaired it in a timely manner. They were fast, efficient and willing to help troubleshoot any issues after service.
Definitely recommend this place. Bonus — they wash your car each time it is serviced!
