My fiancé and I have been working with Mark Slattery since August 2014, and we have nothing but fantastic things to say about him.

Not only did he price it exactly right so as to get an offer within a day (for more than asking price, by some miracle), he handled every detail– including getting proposals for the cost of various repairs requested, giving us his opinion on what’s reasonable, and even handling the logistics of having one completed while we’re out of state. Now that we’ve worked with multiple realtors over the past few years, we can absolutely say that Mark’s #1 in our book.

As a renter of an apartment managed by Ben, he was fantastic to work with. He has a great online portal which makes it easy to pay my rent and submit maintenance requests. When needing to break my lease to purchase a home, he was very professional, communicated well to the owners, and did not penalize me at all. Instead, he successfully rented out the place within days and made sure to get my full initial deposit back. I have already recommended him and Integrity to friends who might be looking to rent a property.

As out of state owners having a property management company that we trust is very important. When we moved out of our townhouse and decided to rent it we used a property management company that did everything wrong! It was a nightmare. When our first lease was up we called Ben on our friend’s recommendation. He handled EVERYTHING for us! My husband and I live out of state but have a rental property in the Denver area. Our previous, and first, management company did not have our best interests as homeowners at heart. Since we live out of state we wanted someone who would treat our home like their own to ensure our investment is well cared for. After parting ways with our previous representative, I turned to former colleagues in the Denver area for names of reputable management companies. I received calls and sample management agreements from a few firms but after reviewing the agreements and reading online reviews, I felt that our property would just be a number in their eyes. We wanted someone who would be hands-​on and easily accessible. Ben Parham at Integrity Realty and Management responded to an email inquiry within the hour after we submitted it. He was very professional and listened to our needs and concerns. We had a good feeling about him so we decided to sign a management agreement. My husband and I both agree that this is the best decision we could have made. Ben is extremely responsive and detail oriented. He hit the ground running when he took over our property and resolved several outstanding issues. He has been proactive on improvement projects we are planning and in creating a relationship with the HOA. In addition to his strong work ethic, we also find the administrative process straightforward and convenient. The management and rental agreements leave nothing to interpretation. All terms are there in black and white. Everything, including rent distribution, is done electronically and in writing. Each month we are emailed a statement of activity from the company so we can track what is going on. All in all Ben and Integrity Realty and Management have exceeded our expectations in managing our property. They come highly recommended.

Ben has been a phenomenal property manager. He has taken care of all the issues I don’t have the time to deal with, and he makes sure everything is dealt with before calling to tell me there is a problem. Our payments are wired every month right on time. Not only has Ben saved us time and energy, but he has solved problems that we never knew how to deal with. I highly recommend them for your property.
